Veyne blinked at Roonie. "Wait, so Kiyon couldn't even manage that small city?"


Roonie clicked his tongue. "I don't know how, but those bastards, one way or another, kept messing with the stuff. It was so bad that even the NPCs of that city wanted to give control to some other guild. Should I call Zack?"


Veyne shook his head. "No need. I'll reach the city in a few days. I'll examine the situation myself then."


Roonie nodded and asked, "By the way, what's your story? How did you end up fighting two gigantic monsters?"


Veyne sighed. "I'm about to explain that. But before that, can you find out if someone related to the main guild joined Blackwater Village in recent days?"


Veyne looked at the bodyguard and asked, "My phone?"


The bodyguard handed him the phone. "Here, sir."
