After being scolded by Kushina in his mind, Minato felt ashamed for having neglected his son, Naruto, while focusing on village matters.
Getting out of bed, Minato went to the Konoha Orphanage with Kakashi. Yusuke, who had other matters to discuss with them, accompanied them.
Although Minato had been bedridden for a long time, medical ninjas gave him muscle massages daily.

Hearing Yusuke's words, Minato smiled, "Of course! But I haven't fulfilled my responsibilities as a father these past few years. I'll reunite with him after we become more familiar."
The group watched the children for a while. Yusuke then said to Kakashi, "Kakashi, do you remember mentioning the recovery of Obito's Sharingan before the war?"
After Yusuke spoke, Minato frowned, unaware of this matter.
Kakashi nodded, saying solemnly, "Advisor-sama, as the head of the Uchiha clan, I have no objections to recovering Obito's Sharingan."
"However, I hope you'll tell me the real reason. Then I can rest easy. Otherwise, I can't face my deceased friend."
Yusuke's expression turned serious, "Since the Fourth Hokage is here, I can reveal more information."

Minato and Kakashi's expressions grew increasingly grave as Yusuke spoke.
Minato himself had fought Obito on the night of the Nine-Tails attack and knew how troublesome this opponent, who possessed space-time ninjutsu, was.
"You mean Obito's eyes can be used against this enemy?" Kakashi asked.
Yusuke nodded, "Yes. Obito's eyes possess a space-time dojutsu that can counter this enemy. However, without Uchiha bloodline, you'll struggle to utilize its power."
"If I have Obito's Sharingan, I'm confident in defeating this enemy next time."
"Also, Yamato is in this person's hands. Intelligence suggests he's using Yamato as a vessel for a certain jutsu. Defeating him increases the chances of rescuing Yamato."
Hearing Yusuke's explanation, Minato and Kakashi understood his actions.

After the Third Hokage's death, Yusuke temporarily took over as Hokage. He took this opportunity to find a treasure trove of forbidden jutsu from the Hokage's office—the Scroll of Seals.
Yusuke hadn't had time to properly study the forbidden jutsu in the Scroll of Seals due to his duties as acting Hokage and extracting the Two-Tails and Eight-Tails from the two jinchuriki.
The known forbidden jutsu in the Scroll of Seals included the Flying Thunder God Technique, Edo Tensei, Eight Gates Formation, and Multi-Shadow Clone Technique.
Besides these, Yusuke also found other useful jutsu, such as the Darkness Walking Technique and the Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tag.

The Third Hokage had hardly developed any representative or particularly useful jutsu, merely combining common jutsu to create some more powerful composite jutsu.
In Yusuke's opinion, the title "Professor of Ninjutsu" was more suitable for Tobirama Senju.
After studying the Scroll of Seals for several days, Yusuke had mastered most of the jutsu. However, he couldn't use some jutsu that required extremely high aptitude in a particular area.
For example, the Flying Thunder God Technique and its related expansion jutsu, such as the Flying Thunder God Second Stage and the Flying Thunder God Slash.
The Flying Thunder God-related jutsu required very high spatial aptitude, something Yusuke lacked.
"It seems there will be many new research topics for the institute in the next few years!"
Most of the forbidden jutsu in the Scroll of Seals were of high research value in Yusuke's opinion. With the support of the entire Konoha Research Institute, Yusuke now had many ideas he wanted to realize.
In the Land of Snow, in a vast expanse of snow, two figures, one tall and one short, wearing black and red cloud cloaks, were slowly walking forward. They were Orochimaru and Sasori from Akatsuki.

Orochimaru quickly formed hand seals and pressed his hands against the ground.
"Summoning Jutsu!"
Thousands of snakes appeared in the snow, varying greatly in size. The largest was Manda.
