Chapter 1 - The End Is Only The Beginning

'Cold... it's so fucking cold!'

In the vast expance of the void drifting along was something miraculous, you see almost nothing can survive in the void. And yet here drifting along was a bright golden soul, it was as if the void itself didn't want to touch it afraid to taint it. Little did the soul know it was being observed, a being long forgotten watched the soul with great interest.

'God I'm fucking bored! I thought I'd at least see something by now, anything is better than this god forsaken place!'

He remembered how he got here, he was a creator, he loved making things one of the things he made was a cure. That's right a cure, he spent most of his life learning new things like black smithing, coding ect...but the thing he was most proud of? The cure for AIDS, he was told it was impossible and that there is no cure. But to prove those bastards wrong and maybe just a little bit of spite he managed to isolate the cells that kept the disease growing. From there all he had to do was create a medicine that would target those specific specific cells and wa-la it eliminated the disease itself.

Now you might be thinking "If you could do that why not create immortality?" The answer...did you really think I didn't try? You see I did manage to create a form of anti-aging, the problem the human body! The human body for some reason refuses to accept the change, you see humans are meant to die... that's just the facts. Anyways enough of my rambling, so I created the cure for cancer the reward...Death. I refused to sell my research to the government so they couldn't menopolize it for the rich, and so I got a bullet to the back of the head...the end.

As the soul recalled his death he could only sigh, he never expected that the government HIS government to be precise to go as far as to assassinate him. Just as he started to go into a depressed state he heard a deep rumbling laughter.

"WHO'S THERE?"

The soul panicking looked around only to see a gigantic dragon. He didn't resemble any dragon he knew of, well there was one Bahamut from final fantasy X, he even had the wheel floating behind him. But the only problem this one was white and gold with silver eyes.

"HAHAHA! Easy little soul, My name is Bahamut God of Justice,Wisdom, and War. Though Wisdom and War are just my minor divinity's. But back to the reason I'm here! You have piqued my interest, how would you like to have another chance at life?"

The soul's eyes widened in shock as he stared at Bahamut. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. A second chance at life? It was almost too good to be true.

"How...how is this possible?" the soul asked, still trying to wrap his head around the situation.

Bahamut chuckled, his laughter like thunder in the void. "I am a god, little soul. I can do many things. And I must say, I'm intrigued by your story. You were a creator, a man of science and innovation. You had a passion for helping others, and you paid the ultimate price for it."

The soul nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Bahamut. "Yes, that's true. I just wanted to help people, to make a difference."

Bahamut nodded his great head. "I see. Well, I can offer you a second chance at life. But it's not just a simple rebirth. You will have the opportunity to become something more. You will have three wishes, and with these wishes, you can shape your new existence."

The soul's eyes lit up with excitement. "Three wishes? What kind of wishes can I make?"

Bahamut smiled, his silver eyes glinting with amusement. "Ah, my little soul, you can wish for anything you desire. A powerful weapon, a unique ability, a system to guide you on your journey. The possibilities are endless."

The soul thought for a moment, considering his options. "Okay, I'll take a random growth weapon, a random power, and a random system."

Bahamut laughed again, his voice like thunder to the soul's ears. "Very well, little soul. Your wishes are granted. But be warned, the randomness of these gifts can be...unpredictable."

As Bahamut spoke, the void around the soul began to shift and change. A brilliant light enveloped him, and he felt himself being pulled apart and put back together again. When the light faded, the soul looked down at himself and saw that he was holding a strange, glowing spear. It seemed to hum with energy, and he could feel its power coursing through him.

"Your first wish, a random growth weapon," Bahamut said, his voice still echoing in the soul's mind. "That spear is called the Echo of Eternity. It will grow in power as you do, and it will be a valuable tool on your journey." The soul looked at the spear in awe, feeling its power and potential.

"What about my other wishes?" he asked, looking up at Bahamut. Bahamut smiled again, his eyes glinting with amusement.

"Ah, your second wish, a random power. You have been granted the power of Adaptive Evolution. You will be able to adapt to new situations and environments at an incredible rate, granting you resistance to extreme temperatures, toxins, and other hostile factors." The soul's eyes widened in excitement as he felt the power coursing through him. He could already imagine the possibilities, the ways he could use this power to his advantage.

"And finally, your third wish, a random system," Bahamut said, his voice fading into the distance. "You have been granted the Multiversal Justice System. It will allow you to traverse and interact with multiple universes, while also upholding a sense of justice and balance across the multiverse."

The soul looked at himself, feeling the power of the Echo of Eternity spear, the adaptability of Adaptive Evolution, and the analytical mind of the Multiversal Justice System. He knew that he had been given a great gift, a chance to start anew and forge a different path.

"Thank you, Bahamut," the soul said, his voice filled with gratitude. "I won't waste this chance. I'll make the most of it."

Bahamut's laughter echoed through the void once more, and then he was gone, leaving the soul to begin his new journey.

As the void dissipated, the soul found himself in a new world, surrounded by unfamiliar sights and sounds. He felt a strange sensation, as if his very existence was being rewritten.

As Illiandrell Zephyr took his first breath, he felt a strange sensation, as if his consciousness was merging with his new body. He opened his eyes to find himself in a small house, surrounded by the warm glow of candles and the loving gaze of his mother, Aria Zephyr - the identical twin sister of Bell Cranel's mother, Soma Zephyr.

The Multiversal Justice System, which had been dormant until now, suddenly activated, flooding Illiandrell's mind with information.
