A short distance ahead, they saw a small wooden sign by the side of the road. It wasn't fancy—just a board with a simple mark carved into it. It looked old but cared for.
Fate tilted their head. "What does it mean?"
"Probably just a marker," the Dreamer said. "Someone put it there so travelers know they're on the right road."
Fate touched the sign lightly. "It's simple… but helpful."
"Not everything needs to be big to matter," the Dreamer replied.
