It didn't take long for the two Aces to reach the entrance of the underwater prison, Impel Down. Entering the Great Prison wasn't easy for most, but with his Shrinking Flashlight, it was a simple task for Ikki. He pulled out the device and shrunk himself and Ace down to a smaller size.

After they got inside, the two of them made their way to the first floor, which was mostly just office space and holding cells. This floor was not meant for long-term prisoners.

There was an iron gate right after the entrance, leading to the area where criminals were "baptized" and "tortured" before being sent to their assigned cells. This floor also housed a few offices and a room for officials to check personal belongings.

A large elevator provided access to the lower levels, including the fourth-floor office of the prison director, Magellan. Ikki and Ace hid on top of two unsuspecting guards and rode the elevator down to the first underground level, the Crimson Hell of LV1.

The prisoners here were not serious criminals and none of them were strong. The area was guarded by a few Blue Gorillas. Outside the cells was a forest of "Sword Trees," whose leaves were as sharp as blades.

The grass on the ground was like steel needles that could easily pierce through a person's body. Criminals running from the Blue Gorillas or poisonous spiders would stumble into this forest, where they would be cut and stabbed by the leaves and grass, bleeding profusely and suffering in constant agony.

In the anime, this place didn't seem so tragic, but seeing it in person made Ikki understand why it was called hell. As he looked at the gruesome scene, he noticed a figure that seemed out of place.

"What the hell? Isn't that Buggy?" Ikki said, surprised.

"Buggy?" Ace followed Ikki's gaze and saw a red nose zipping through the Crimson Hell forest. Although he was being hit by the sword-like leaves, it seemed like nothing was happening to him.

"Don't worry about that nobody," Ace said, and he started walking toward the next floor.

But Ikki grabbed his arm. "Wait, we should take him with us. He was once a crewmate of the Pirate King."

Hearing this, Ace was shocked. Buggy wasn't exactly a strong pirate, so he found it hard to believe that he had been a member of Gol D. Roger's crew. "He was a crew member of the Pirate King? But he's so weak."

"Don't underestimate this guy," Ikki explained. "He has the legendary strongest lucky Conqueror's Haki! He'll definitely be useful to us. And with him here, you can better prove your identity as the son of the Pirate King!"

After hearing Ikki's explanation, Ace didn't object anymore.

And so, Ikki flew behind Buggy and used his Shrinking Flashlight to shrink him. The shrunken Buggy was confused and didn't know what was happening.

"Hey, Red Nose, long time no see," Ikki greeted him.

"Who are you calling Red Nose, you idiot!" Buggy yelled, immediately getting angry. But when he saw Ikki's face, he calmed down a little. "Hey! Why are you here, kid?"

"We're here to break out of prison," Ikki answered. "It's a coincidence we ran into each other. How about I take you with us?"

Hearing Ikki's words and seeing his shrunken body, Buggy was ecstatic. 'Yes! Take me out of here!' he thought. Buggy had been wandering around Crimson Hell for a while, looking for an opportunity to escape. He hadn't been handcuffed with Seastone when he was caught, but he knew escaping by himself was impossible. Now that someone was offering to take him out, he was overjoyed.

But he couldn't let go of his pride. "Hmph! You won't be able to escape with just your abilities. If you want my help, it's not impossible!"

Buggy had now officially joined Ikki's team. Ikki did not hide Ace's identity from Buggy. Upon learning that the masked man was the son of Captain Roger, Buggy was dumbfounded and shocked. He had never heard that Captain Roger had a son.

Ignoring the stunned Buggy, Ikki turned to Ace and asked, "What do you think, Ace? Should we start a ruckus here?"

"No," Ace replied. "This floor isn't important enough. The prisoners here are too weak." He continued walking toward the next floor.

Ikki and Ace had no intention of being discreet. Their main goal was to cause a massive disturbance and make a statement. If they came and left quietly, it would not have the effect they wanted.

Soon, the three of them arrived at LV2, the Beast Hell. In Ikki's opinion, this place was much more humane than Crimson Hell. At least dying here wouldn't be as painful. The worst outcome here was to be eaten by the wild beasts, and most of them would be swallowed in a single bite, without too much pain.

Buggy looked at the patrolling Jailer Beasts and asked Ikki quietly, "Who is the person you're looking for?"

"Oh, they're in LV6, at the very bottom," Ikki replied.

Buggy's face fell. "Hey, LV6 is too dangerous! How about I wait for you here on LV2? We can escape together once you've rescued the people you need to save."

Ikki ignored Buggy's whining and looked at Ace. "How about it? Do we start here?"

Ace looked at the massive Jailer Beast and smiled. "Yeah, let's start here."

Ikki nodded and pulled out the Shrinking Flashlight, restoring himself, Ace, and Buggy to their normal size. Buggy, who was in the middle of a rant, was shocked when he suddenly returned to his original size and found himself face-to-face with a massive Jailer Beast. The Cow Jailer Beast was stunned for a moment, but then it swung its fist at Buggy.

Before the Jailer Beast could hit him, Ikki's Armament Haki-infused fist struck the back of its head, knocking it out cold.

"Buggy, stay close to us," Ikki warned. "Don't blame me if you get lost and get crushed to death by a Jailer Beast." He and Ace then rushed toward the entrance to the next floor.

"Hey, wait a minute!" Buggy yelled as he caught up to Ikki. "What are you two doing? Even if we're going to LV6, why do we have to make a big scene? We could get killed before we even get there!"

As the three of them were running, the prisoners in the nearby cells started shouting. "Hey! Let us out! We can help with the prison break!" "Yeah! The key is right there! Let us out!"

Ace's patience ran out after hearing Buggy and the prisoners. He turned around and unleashed a wave of Conqueror's Haki, knocking out all the prisoners. He then looked at Buggy with a cold stare. "If you don't shut up, I'll make sure you can't talk for the rest of your life!"

"Conqueror's Haki!" Buggy stammered. He felt the immense pressure from Ace and immediately went quiet. Inside, however, he was already plotting how to get away from these two.
