The class was about to fall in laughter from that scene especially because Braulio's "ahhgh", even the experts (and the one who punched him) wanted to smile but as Braulio was standing up again, he and the other experts noticed someone in the back, that reminded them mainly why they in specific are here, it was non-other than Ahab
"Alright class, before we have our lecture we atleast need to teach you who are we and our ranks, starting by me, my name is Albert, i am a former member of the lightning whistles, i stepped down from my service there two years ago."
"I am Mirosław" and said nothing more.
Albert looked at him as if he was telling "come on say more"
Mirosłow grumped a little bit and said "fine, my name is mirosłow and i am a current member of the venomous viper squad-"
"AND ME" said Braulio
"I am a member of the local security and defence system of the region of Saga Lunae which is also were this school is located too"
"Now that everyone in here at least got an idea on who we are, lets start with how our ranks are divided" albert
"Lets start from the pinnacle of the leadership, we have indominus rex, this is the leader and the main voice who leads our nations and the lightning continent to justice and equity"
"Does he really do that?" Said Ahab
"Well yes obviously because he is the one choosen-"
"Choosen by who? He is not the prime owner so how can we ensure him with the right to rule and lead the whipping skull?"
Suddenly a voice from inside Ahab's head apeared and said
"Kid, I know that you are too damn smart but for the bloody sake of yourself, stay quite and after this lecture i will answer all your questions" the voice was close to mirosłow's voice.
"(Well, thats my first warning to shut up and fix the atmosphere i caused infront of the other students.)" Ahab
"Sorry sir, i am not a contriduter or a warrior who helps the lightning continent in any means, i will stay silent for the rest of the lecture due to my ignorance."
"No problem with that, we all slip with our tongues in moments when we are most interested" said albert
"Anyway where was we? Oh yes, i was about to continue in explaining our ranks" said albert

Last but not least, the concilium, this is where the most influential and highly trusted individuals in the whipping skull meet up to discuss the situations of the entire continent once every six months, even indominus rex takes part in these meetings, which makes the Concilium and its members the closest to indominus rex, falls beneath them most of the squads and troops that maintain the stability of the whipping skull in public such as the local defence system of the region Saga Lunae which is where Braulio is working, as for maintaining the stability in non public areas (secret gangs and Revolutionists) for these the venomous viper squad takes care of it, which is what mirosłow and his comrads are dealing with.
