'This is crazy'
Looking between atom and the rest of the group, I took a slow breath as a question escaped my lips.
"Do you two also got powers?"
This got me a thumbs up from Vic and a excited yes from Love who quickly gave introduction to both her and vic.
"I Am Love Tombstone, I can't show my powers now due to this things suppressing me but there pretty sick"
Saying this she raised her hand clearly attempting to do something as spark arced off her hands but nothing else happens.
"Anyways, this silent gentleman is my husband Vic Tombstone or as he was know back when he was apart of Carcass, Victim"
Hearing the introductions I looked over at vic expecting a demonstration something he seemed more than happy to provide.
Starting by standing abit away vic began to slowly open his mouth, but not to speak as his jaw went past what would be considered normal but just when I got worried for him a loud cracked echoed as something emerged from within.
'A barrel?'
*BANG*
Before I could ask further questions a long bone pipe entered from his mouth which he angled up towards the ceiling as it let out a loud boom as something went flying out punching a hole into the ceiling.
*BANG*
*BANG*
*BANG*
...
Firing a few more shots vic soon halted as at the 10th shot the bone white barrel shattered causing shrapnel to fly everywhere which would of been dangerous if not for atom moving to protect me and Love.
"Now that was cool"
Saying this as I looked at the holes left in the ceiling I finally felt abit more confident in my chances of survival.
"Alright let fuck off to madam z's office and possibly before the bitch decides to splatters us"
Flicking a bone fragment that had fallen on his clothes atom spoke giving a quick reminder of the situation we currently faced.
"Im good to get going if everyones is"
Feeling that the pain has disappeared from my body I was quite ready to get a move on a feeling shared by the group as it didn't take to long for us to organize and leave the medical bay atom at the front followed by Vic, Love and then me to watch the rear.
We moved slowly taking care to be silent and opposite to what his frame and personality would suggest atom was pretty good at moving silently.
We were even able to avoid several fights thanks to atom skills sadly we were not able to avoid everything as about halfway to madam z's office we encountered a lumbering humanoid blocking our path its form forced into crawl as there was no space for it to stand.
Water logged was the best way to describe it's form, discolored blue skin, Sloughing of the skin around the face making it look like saggy mask of flesh that hung losely obscuring the eyes making it's eye holes looks like hole black abyss something made more horrifying by the loud moans and groans of that escaped its toothless face, its distended lungs forcing its chest out like a over blow balloon as it rose and feel allowing the creature to not only make the loud Groan it does.
"Shit an Imago, Oger type of all things"
Cursing silently as we hid in the darkness atom voice was low as he turned to speak with us.
"That thing over there is a ogre type Imago, which simply means is tough as shit and under no circumstance think its slow"
Saying this Atom didn't speak further as he turned back around signaling at vic who stepped forward as from his mouth emerged the long bone barrel.
"Aim for the eyes, after which we have 5 minutes to kill it"
Saying this Atom was clearly ready to attack but moving quickly I grabbed him on the shoulder causing the man to pause as he turned to look at.
"Whats up Dane are you pussy footing or something?"
Shaking my head at the man's response I raised my hand casting [Mage Hand] twice causing two hands to appear before the surprised group.
"Let me try something"
Saying this and getting a nod from Atom I sent the two hand forward almost immediately catching the creature attention as it lumbered forward towards the transculecent hands that I made move around sporadically.
"Back up"
Whispering this to group we all retreated to a junction the creature lumbering form following as it's eyes stayed locked upon the Mage hands which I sent down another path.
*gurgle*
Watching the creature move down the hallway I could feel a sigh of relief wash over everyone.
"Good shit"
Saying this atom patted me on the back as we continued on eventually arriving at the entrmace of madam Z's office.
