Dusty room in a crumbling unfinished bulding. Bent metal door slowly opened, and a pair of dolls entered on a third floor of a ruins of construction site. They quickly looked around, pointing their weapon left and right, before noding to eachother.
Nomomo - Its all clear! Beda, get the device ready. I'l take a look around.
Beda - Sure thing!
While Nomomo were checking the area, Beda threw rifle in her hands behind her back, took off her backpack and pulled out a something that had a three bottles filled with strange chemicals, multiple tubes between bottles and a box filled with unknown powder. Everything was taped together, and a big fuse were sticking out from the bottom of a box.
Beda - Okay... How did she said to do that? Mix bottle A with a powder, then shake B and when it will start heating up... Place bottle B on top of a box and light the fuse... Damn it Blaze, how the hell are you even doing this?
Weird device were giving Beda a hard time. In the mean time, Nomomo walked to another room. Few walls were still missing ever since the construction work stopped. But there still were alot of construction gear. Hard hats, utility belts and a whole tool box. The latter caught Nomomo attention. This place were kind of untouched... This is unusual for such loot rich place. But very soon she understood the reason.
Slowly, Nomomo took out a binoculars from her frame and looked in a distance. There were a huge hole in a parking lot of a hospital. A horde of ELIDs were sleeping in a shadows of ruined building. And whole place were covered in weird webs of dark, flesh like, substance.
Beda - Nomomo! I think i am done here! And if Blaze made this thing the right way. Once i lit the fuse, we better get out of here as fast as possible before ELIDs show up!
Nomomo - Yeah... Beda! Take a look at that.
Curious, Beda walked over to Nomomo and looked the same way. Nomomo handed over binoculars to Beda, and Beda were surprised when she saw the damnend hospital.
Beda - Bloody nest! If Blaze's contraption works, we shold be runnig away as fast as we can.
Nomomo - Let's just hope it won't as effective as the last time. I don't wan't to deal with a Bojum again. And this time we don't have Nita around here...
Beda - Speaking of Nita. I get the feeling she is hiding much more than she talks.
Nomomo - Meaning?Beda - Meaning that... *sigh* remember how she used herself as a shield to protect you? Be it any other doll, they would have ended up being scraps thrown around. But her? She kept taking hits untill even after shutdown. And just an hour latter, she is all fine and good.
Nomomo - I know what you mean. She is insane, but on the other hand, who isn't? You, me, Blaze... We are all not right somewhere in a neural-cloud. It just so happenes Nita is perfect fit for us. Damn, everyone in a group is not right in their mind! Kilmure, Harry, Sam, Duval, Martin... Look where we are right now. Once NRNC tighten the circle, this is going to be a bloodbath. And all of that because some people were greedy and eager to hit on Suzev! What a mess.
Frustrated, Nomomo walked back to a Blaze's device. This little thing would stir up alot of ELIDs in a city. And who knows what would endup with everyone around here... again...
Nomomo - Now all we have to do, is to wait...
While Nomomo were gone, Beda looked in a distance. A pair of fireworks made a colorfull show in a sky. Red and blue rings of sparks appeared and disspareared, blending in with a sunlight.
Beda - Nomomo! I see the fireworks! Light the fuse!
Nomomo - *Sigh* Yeah... Then let's get this party started!

Nita - So-o-o... You had a fight with third gen doll, and she was invinsible?
Zed - Not like you... I managed to place a few hits on her and she did was damaged from my attacks. But i have never saw anything or anyone just take a whole TANK shot with a frame and then just get up and keep fighting like nothing happened. And i am not talkin about my clients!
Nita - Well... Your client had a third gen doll. Makes things easier.Zed - Shut up!
Agent - I am sorry to interrupt, but can we hurry up?
Dark car raced through a dusty road. Nita and Zed took a seat at the front seats. A man behind them were wearing a casual clothes... WAY to casual for yellow zone. In a contrast, his face were covered in bruises and bloody scratches.
Nita - Why does NOMFA need to send their agent in desguise to a Lviv?
Agent - This is classified information.Zed - Sure, whatever... I already know everything. Going after a Girard group? Have fun out there! Because they hold much more power than you can immagine!
Agent - And how did you found out?
Zed - I'm mercenary doll! And i know much more that you can immagine.
Agent - Should i be concerned?Zed - I will help you to get inside the city. After that, i take your money and leave you on your own. That will make life easier for everyone involved!
Agent - As much as i hate to say it... What about the drugs?
Nita - A whole bag of them is waiting for you at a gang hideout... or what's left of it.
For a moment, agent sighed with relieft and went quite. While he was at this strange position, he started thinking. And came up with a train of thought that lead to a single curious question.
Agent - Care i bother you with such question? How come NOMFA trusts you to deal with such affair? I am in no means to doubt your skills and experience, but something doesn't add up.
Nita - That's the neat part... we don't!Agent - What?
Zed - What my firend here is trying to say. Both me and her are a fourth party acquainted with a third party that you have originaly made a deal with! We just finishing the deal on their behalf in order to gain a benefit from all this for ourselfs. Does that sounds clear enough for you?
Agent - Oh... And how come you knew that i am from NOMFA?
Zed - When we came looking for you, I was acquainted with the leader of a mercenary group that has kidnapped you. And he told me that you are from NOMFA, and that i should drop the case...
Agent - Oh...
Sudden realization of the whole mess made the agent contemplate on everything that happened. His cover was blown even before he arrived to Lviv. The group he was entrusted to coordinate with was destroyed, and the ones who are going through a deal, is a group of wild cards that knew everything about him... If this is not a definition of "mission failed", that what else would it be?
Agent - Can i borrow your terminal to make a few calls? | Zed - Sure, go ahead!
Almost laughing, Zed handed over her terminal to failure of an agent. The whole mess this agent ended up with was so bad, it was almost good. Zed thought that he is going to call his HQ and report on a mission. And then he is going to be called back, because every single thing that could go wrong, went wrong!
Nita - I guess after we get the agent inside the city... Then our partnership ends?
Zed - Yeah... It was nice to meet you. Oh... We arleady here!
With a gentle turn of a wheel. Zed parked the car facing the road back to Lviv. Both dolls steped out of the car. Only agent stayd inside to have a private talk through a terminal. In a distance, Matrin and Takker were having a small talk, and waiting for dolls to come closer. And sure they did.
Martin - Took your god damn time! What happened there Nita? You look... Fine, but your clothes took a beating! Did it was a fierce fight out there?
Zed - I am sure you can figure that out latter. Now, Takker! Where is the bag?
Takker - It's here, with me!
With a shaking hands, Takker leaned over a bench and pulled out a bag.
Zed - Great! Now, this is your cut!
A small bag were thrown in Martin's face. He barely managed to catch it, while covering his face.
Zed - And here how we are going to do things. We take your agent past the city gates and let him go roam free. Do you need anything else from him?
Martin - No, we don't!
Zed - Good. It was nice to have a business with you. If you ever be at Lviv, check out a "Devil's Delight" night club. If i don't have anything to do, i usualy iddle there. Now, wish you best of luck!
Martin - Yeah! You too!
With nothing else to say, Zed pushed Takker, who were still carrying bag with him, towards the car. After he took a seat as a passanger. He was surprised to see a middle aged man.
Zed - Did you finished making all of your calls?
Agent - Yes... Thanks...
Slight smirk appeared on Zed's face, and she reached her hand backwards. Agent placed a terminal in Zed's hand and leaned on a seats. Meanwhile, Zed already went through her list of things to do... The unknown number? Maybe she can give it a call, now that whole deal with money is comming to the end? And so she did.
Just a few meters away, Nita and Martin only took a seat at their car. As suddenly, the terminal in Martin's jacket came to life. Without looking at the number, he answered.
Martin - Yes???? - Uh... Is that?Martin - Uh... Hello?
An awkward silence manifested, and both Martin and Zed didn't said any words for a solid minute
Zed - Ok. Change of a plan. I have someone you should meet in Lviv. He has a proposal for you!
Martin - O-okay. Just drive, i will follow your car! Lead the way!
As Zed canceled the call. Soft smile appeared on Zed's face, slowly turning into a smirk.
Zed - Two birds with one shot huh?Takker - What?
Zed - Nothing, nothing!Takker - Speaking of nothing. What about me?
Zed - As we planed! I will take my share of money, and you can have the rest of them to pay off your debt... Or throw them around, or donate to charity, I don't care! Once we get back in town, i'm dropping you off and you are on your own!
Takker - Okay... Thanks.Zed - Don't. There are at least four people who want to see you dead.
Finaly, stepped on a pedal, forcine the car to move. Another car followed slightly behind.
=== Ruined City ===
An explosion followed another explosion. One building after another fell down, filling the street with a rubble. Clouds of dust and smoke were hanging in the air, as a mad laughter fell on deaf ears of anyone unfortunate enough to be there.
Kilmure - BLAZE! BLAZE! ENOUGH! | Blaze - I STILL HAVE SOME MORE!
With a wide smile, Blaze made two more shots with her grenade launcher. Two more explosions and bodies of soldiers and ELIDs alike started flying like a plastic bag in the air.
Kilmure - Enough! Blaze!
Finaly, Kilmure were able to pull Blaze back into cover. Once she stopped firing her greanade launcher, a storm bullets started raging throughout a street. Without explosions, soldiers yelling somewhere in a distance and ELIDs screaching filled the air.
Blaze - I guess this is a moment where we have to run, come on Kilmure. Try to keep up!
Kilmure - What the hell? Wait for me, damned doll. Are you having a death wish or something?
Blaze - Even if i'm dying, i am trying!Kilmure - Damn doll!
With a wide smile on her face, Blaze started running through a street. Kilmure were trying to not fall behind and keep an eye for any hostiles that might appear.
A pair of ELID crawlers appeared around a corned. But before, Kilmure could even raise his weapon. Blaze shot a grenade. A bloody cloud filled with gore appeared a moment latter.
Blaze - *AHAHA* That's what i call a perfect playground! | Kilmure - Don't stop!
Both Kilmure and Blaze kept running, Kilmure were running a little ahead of Blaze. Turning around a corner and right on a parking lot. There, he saw a group of people and a robot, who just came up from undergroun parking. One of the man was Harry
Kilmure - Hey! Over here!Harry - Yeah! I see you!
Both Kilmure and Harry rushed to eachother and stopped once they were within a hands reach.
Harry - Damn, i am happy to see you!Kilmure - We can small talk latter! Our escape is waiting few streets away from here, behind a hotel. Just follow me!
Harry - Sure thing, lead the way! Team, follow our friend!
While the two of them were having a small talk. A group of ELIDs appeared from a street they just came out. Blaze made a few shots. A group of ELIDs dissapeared behind a cloud of smoke and dust, and just for a good measure, Blaze made two more shots to collapse nearby buildings and make them block the street.
Blaze - I am happy to see you happy, but we better move! My ammo is not infinite!
Kilmure - Then stop wasting it like that!Harry - She sure is handy doll huh?
A group of Harry's outlaws, together with Blaze and Kilmure started running through a streets. For the most part, it was alomost peacefull. If not for a fact that from nearby streets could be heard sounds of active gunfight, screams of both soldiers and ELIDs and helicopter flying somewhere in the air and firing bullets from above. Thankfully, soldiers and ELIDs were having fun with eachother leaving almost clear path to escape.
Once, the whole team reached a hotel, they found an escape truck. With the only problem that a helicopter fired a series of rockets, and one of such rockets managed to hit hotel walls, making brick walls block the path for a truck to move out.
Kilmure - How the hell did that?...Harry - Is that the escape truck? URNC truck?
Andre - Guys! I can't move out of here!
On the other side of a debris, Andre was waving hands. Thankfully that wreckage wasn't that big. And both Andre and the truck were fine. Not waiting for a miracle, Blaze looked around trying to came up with an idea. And she decided with one...
Harry - Okay. Blaze! Blow this thing up, and we can move on!
Before she was able to say anything, Harry told a terrible plan.
Blaze - It's too risky to blow up this debris, might damage anything and anyone, but you guys can clear up whole thing enough for a truck to rab through it, so get to work!
Harry - You are a doll, what the hell are you...Kilmure - Exactly because she is a doll, i trush her judgment more than yours. Besides, she is expert when it comes to explosions and demolition! So this time, we follow her plan, you like it or not!
Despite the fact that Harry was pissed, he didn't said anythign else to Blaze, and just commaned his crew to clear up a wreckage. Despite being thankfull to Kilmure, Blaze turned attention in direction of a downtown. Sounds of a gunfight still dominated throughout a city. Smile that was in Blazes face, faded, leaving only sorrow expression. People were screaming in a distance, these screams were filled with pain, desperation and anger. All of that, while they were safe and successfuly escaping from this hell.
Blaze - Nothing ever changes!
A group few more ELIDs crawlers appeared on a street and noticed Harry team clearing the way. Blaze slowly raised her grenade launcher... And then started shoting, shoting and shoting untill her entire chamber were empty. And once she runned out of ammo, she finaly heard someone yelling.
Kilmure - BLAZE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
But Blaze didn's answered right away, she admired her works. And then turned around, presenting her smile towards Kilmure, while she was walking past him. It's looks like the truck was already able to ram through a wreckage and were waiting for her.
Blaze - Just making sure noone is comming near!
With her usual insane smile, Blaze climbed aboard a truck.
