With extreme precision, bullet flew out of rifle's barrel. Piercing through rain, metal, and finaly, through Nita's body frame. Magni soldiers were well equiped. Rifles were making damage to Nita's frame. There is no way she can keep up with such power for so long.
Non the less, Nita's bodycount were growing. Varyag's man were on a decline, just as Magni's soldiers. But no matter how much she would make confirm hits, there were a clear disadvantage. Surrounded and outnumbere. There was not much she could do. Just keep holding on, untill Boris and others would made it out of there.
Meanwhile, in the backalley, Boris pulled the trigger, series of shots rang out through the alley, and two Varyag's fallen on a ground. Now they have a clear way to a truck. Not the one they have lost, but this will do.
Boris - Come on! Get this pice of junk working!
With a pained expression, Boris shouted. Olya hurried to the truck and climbed to driver seat.
Maksim - You are not looking good! Come on, hurry to the truck.
Boris - Leave it! First, get everyone in there, i will cover you!
Maksim wanted to say something, but then just slightly noded. Sound of gunfight that were coming from the street were intense. "Please, just keep on holding!" was his only though at the moment.
Olya looked around the driver seats, in glove compartment, even behind visor. But there were no keys. Then she stabed little plastic plate near wheel with a screwdriver
Olya - Ok, I will do this my favorit way!
Irina - And what that way is?
On the other side, Irina climbed to passanger seat, and started buckling up.
Olya - The hard way!
Naked wire hit another naked wire, sound of engine starting up roared through the alley. Wicked smile appeared on Olya's face. And then she started buckling up too.
Few Varyag's tried to enter the alley, but were greeted by Boris, who made few shoots. None of the shoots hit anyone, but that was enough to force Varyag's back in to the cover.
Olya - Boris! Get over here! We are getting out of here!
Boris made a few shots at the directions of Varyag's, then rushed to the truck. While truck were getting much needed momentum. Then truck turned on to a street, raming one of Magni cars, finaly making it to the street, where bullets were still flying around.
Such sudden appearence distracted everyone, Olya took the gamble, pressing the pedal to the floor. In the next moment, truck hit one of Varyag's who were taking cover from Nita. Both wheels rolled over him, broking some of the bones.
In a short and silent manner, shots resumed. Now there were a new target, a whole truck on a move. But it's armor were hard to penetrate. When truck were about to "get out of there", Nita jumped aboard. Then truck turned a corner, dissapearing from everyones view. In a moment, shots stoped, leaving only sound of heavy raindrops to break the silence.

With a flick of a finger, Nikolai sent credit token in his hand flying, then catched it mid air. Nikolai kept looking outside the window for anything to appear. Suddenly, shots that were raging about a few hundreds meters away stoped. That ment either plan failed, or succseded.
Radio (Boris) - Guys! Get ready to hop on board! We will be there in few seconds!
Radio that Roman were holding came to life, and reassuring news lightened everyones mood. Finaly they have a means to get out of this water hell.
Danila - I hope everyone is ok.
Nikolai - Knowing what we dealt with these days. They need to be more then ok!
Roman - What do you mean?
Nikolai - Varyag's and ELID's? We can deal with them. Now there are not only Varyag's. There are Magni soldiers and Varyag's man. And they are working together to bring us down. I don't need to tell you how this is looking bad for everyone around us. We are already in the deep.
Danila - We will make it out of here! We will be fine.
Nikolai - Heard that tale way too many time!
Ray of light appeared outside the laundry, reavealing each and every raindrop that happened to be caught in this ray. Then sound of heavy engine reached laundry store. And finaly, truck stoped in front of laundry store. Roman, Danila, Nikolai and Little girl went outside and climbed to the truck. Then truck moved on once again.
Roman - So where are we going?
Once everyone were inside. Roman asked and looked around.
Boris - We will try to get back at the road. And north-west once again.
Grunting, but still confidently, Boris said through the hole between driver and back compartment.
Nikolai - This idea really poping off lately! Are we even sure that this "green zone" exist in the first place? I am not trying to break the mood, just saying!
Danila - You got any better ideas?
Nikolai - Yeah! Get ourself some supplies and get out of here!
Roman - Get out where? Get supplies where?
Nikolai - That is part that we have to make once we do the first part out!
Olya - Sorry everyone! But we will have to fine a different plan!
Then truck suddenly stoped. After a few moments, Nikolai walked to the hole with confusion.
Nikolai - Why did we stopped?
Then Nikolai saw water. Half a city were flooded with water. And the road were only getting down. Violent torrent of water, were carrying debries, rusted cars and even pieces of building down to the unknown way. As if just to demonstrate the power, piece of a multi-storey building cracked, then the whole building was washed away, together with pices of said building. And water was rising at an alarming rates.
Olya - I don't think we can get out through this road!
Boris - Now... Any ideas?
Nita - We go back.
Sudden voice draw everyone's attention.
Nita - Go back, and get to the road through the Varyag's and Magni!
Boris - This is a suicide!
Nikolai - As much as i hate it... I don't think we can handle another fight. Since we are have lost all and any surprize factor.
Nita - You don't need one... All you need is to just get back on the highway. And move north.
For a moment everyone were in confusion!
Roman - Yeah... Nita... That's the problem. To do that, we need to get throught the Varyag's and Magni. Even if we make it there, we will have a hot chase on us.
Nita - You don't need to worry. I will make sure you won't be followed.
Everyone went silent. Once again, only the raindrops were breaking the silence that were kept for a few long moments. While everyone were thinking what to do next.
Olya - Whatewer we think... Think fast. Water is rising!
Roman - Yeah... I think going back, is an idea...
Danila - Have to agree...
Irina - Better then drown here...
Nikolai - Then back it is!
Boris - Come on! Turn back Olya... Seems we are getting out with a bang!
With a sigh. Olya turned steering wheel. And truck started turning around. Driving the same way it came here. When they have left, few craks appeared on a road, and watter made it way out through the cracks in the earth.
