Lucas stood up smiling, looking at her and asked, "No matter how long I stay, I'm still a man."
Yinyin's face involuntarily flushed, her body silently moved to the side of the bed to make space for him. Lucas lifted the blanket and lay beside her, initially planning to sleep properly, but soon realized how difficult it was.
The bed was warm with her body temperature, the pillow held the faint scent of her hair from when she had just slept on it, and she was lying obediently beside him. Even with a half-meter distance between them, he could see her eyes clearly in the dark, and couldn't resist moving closer and wrapping his arms around her.
Her body visibly stiffened, and he wasn't much more natural either. Even though he had known her for a long time and they lived together, they had never been this intimately close, let alone slept on the same bed.
