Bo Sishen's smile on his lips carried a hint of deep meaning. His large hand gently brushed through her hair.
Mu Shini felt her whole body stiffen. An itchy feeling spread from her hair. His fingertips instantly filled her with a sense of unease. Her body convulsed, and she forced a smile.
"What do you mean with that look in your eyes?"
Mu Shini's face showed a hint of hesitation. She tried to suppress the tremor in her voice and asked somewhat unnaturally with a stiff neck.
Deep inside, a trace of unease surged up in her heart.
