"Hmm."
Mo Qian responded calmly, as if Ji Wei's question was nothing out of the ordinary.
Ji Wei was taken aback by his composed reaction, stunned and unable to process what had just happened.
Mo Qian pulled a tissue from the side, wiped off the residual ointment on his fingertips, then raised his eyes to glance at her.
Ji Wei stood up nervously, mustering her courage to look at the man's refined face, and spoke: "Mo Qian, actually that agreement was something I came up with impulsively after our fight. I nullified it a long time ago... If you feel angry, I understand."
Mo Qian paused slightly, then raised his hand to lift the woman's delicate chin, gazing into her clear eyes as he spoke in his low voice: "Hmm, I suppose I should be angry. You actually planned to live apart from me for three months."
Ji Wei's eyes widened at his words.
The next second, Mo Qian's tone suddenly shifted: "But, I've also handed you two divorce agreements before. Would that make us even?"
