Ever since Sattu saw Anuj, he was excited to talk to him. Like Vidhan, he too had only heard about Yeti dwarfs. He went to Anuj and introduced himself. Anuj also introduced himself. It was not long before the conversation began;
Sattu started asking his curious and wonderful questions. Does this bear-like skin feel hot; if it sweats, how will it dry? If he wears a mask all the time, how does he wash his face?When it is so cold in the Himalayas, how do people bathe? What kind of grass grows in the Himalayas? I have heard that the sages have snow lions.
Anuj got a little disturbed. Seeing Anuj in trouble, Rupak came to both of them and introduced himself to Sattu and said, "Anuj is tired due to the long journey. He needs rest. All your questions will be answered tomorrow. Till then, tell us something about yourself."
Sattu started again. He started telling the day he was born, how the clouds roared and the storm came, how he saved the baby rabbit from dogs. One by one, he told his entire life story. In the end, while remembering the important moments of his life, he discussed the day when he got Raga.
"Raga? Who is this?" asked Rupak.Sattu looked at the dog and caressed him; the dog came running, bent down on the ground, and sat down wagging its tail."This is Raga," said Sattu while caressing the dog's neck. "Six years ago I found it in a pit with a baby goat in a dying state. I picked them both up and brought them home; the baby goat did not survive, but this great dog came back, breaking the dark shadow of death, and in a few days he recovered and started hopping.
When it barked, it sounded as if someone was playing a tune, so I named it Raga... Come on, Raga, sing your favorite song." said Sattu while caressing its back.Raga raised his neck and growled a little, as if clearing his throat before singing, and then—Hoff, hoff, hoff ,hoff Raga started singing.
Rupak kept staring at Sattu with a strange gaze. Then he said, "Wonderful, Mr. Sattu! Wonderful! Your skill of judging is commendable. It is night now, and tomorrow we have to go on a long journey, so now I too will go for night rest.
After Rupak left, Sattu reached Vidhan. Vidhan saw the dark sky.He was lost somewhere, staring intently.
"Brother! I will also come with you tomorrow." Sattu said.Vidhan remained silent for a few moments, then said, "Okay," and turned to the other side and closed his eyes.
The next day, everyone got up before the sun rose. The soldiers wore their armor and loaded the horses with their luggage. Vidhan put a saddle, a sword and a shield on the back of Mayur. The soldiers also used two additional horses to carry the luggage.
There were many horses. One of those horses was prepared for Sattu. By now the Sun had also risen fully in the east.
Vidhan's Mother gave everyone yogurt mixed with sugar to eat. Vidhan and Sattu touched Mother's feet and sat on their horses. Mother had not spoken a single word since yesterday. Mother's emotionless face was making Vidhan sad and disturbed. Mahavira gave the signal, everyone ran their horses towards Kundar. Along with them, Raga also set out on the journey singing his favourite song.
This was the Start of a extraordinary journey of a extraordinary warrior towards his destiny. Will Vidhan get his revenge or fulfill his destiny only the Time can tell.
