"BOOOOM !!!!"
Thunder roared as countless bolts of lightning converged in the sky. The dense storm clouds covering the heavens unleashed a torrential downpour. Below, countless soul masters scrambled to find shelter, while only a handful of the strongest kept their eyes locked on the sky. At the center of the storm, where the clouds churned violently, a faint glow began to emerge.
Suddenly, as if guided by an invisible force, the falling rainwater reversed its course, spiraling upward into the air. The rain gathered into a massive vortex, forming a terrifying storm that swept across everything in its path. Trees and vegetation were torn from the ground, pulled into the whirlwind.
At this moment, everyone present felt as if they were adrift in an endless ocean, with no ground to stand on. They were powerless, forced to endure the raging tempest.
In just a few moments, the once sunlit mountain range was utterly transformed. The violent storm had devastated the land, leaving behind a vast, waterlogged marsh where the ground had been. The rising water levels threatened to submerge everything in their path. If not for the fact that all the spectators had gathered on the mountainsides or peaks for a better view, those at the base would have already been swallowed by the floodwaters.
"Summoning the wind and rain, gathering water to form an ocean… So this is the power of the Sea God's successor… Truly terrifying!" Bibi Dong muttered as she observed the landscape being submerged beneath the deluge. The sheer magnitude of this display left her visibly shaken. This was an undeniable manifestation of the Sea God's authority.

The air trembled violently.
From the heart of the storm clouds above, a golden beam of light shot down, illuminating the highest peak in the area.
There, standing tall with a golden trident in hand, was a figure of awe inspiring might.

His voice, deep and commanding, echoed across the mountains. Even amidst the deafening thunder and howling winds, it rang clear and undeniable.
The countless soul masters struggling against the storm were momentarily stunned. They had finally realized the terrifying storm that had appeared out of nowhere had been conjured by this man.

"If he caused this much destruction before the fight even started, what will happen once they actually begin? Are we really going to be safe here?"

As soon as the words fell, on the opposite mountain peak, a lone figure in white robes silently emerged.
With flowing black hair and pristine white garments, he looked as if he had descended from the heavens.
And yet, within a hundred meters of him, not a single drop of rain could fall, not a whisper of wind could enter. It was as if he stood in a world separate from the raging storm, untouched and unshaken by the chaos around him.
The two figures, the undisputed protagonists of today, now stood hundreds of meters apart, facing each other from across the mountain peaks.
One wielded the Sea God's Trident, summoning storm clouds and wielding thunder, as if he were the embodiment of divine wrath itself his presence alone exerting an overwhelming pressure upon the world.
The other stood with his hands behind his back, as calm as a still lake. No matter how fierce the tempest raged, no matter how the thunder roared, he remained utterly unmoved aloof, as if he stood above all things.
The gathered soul masters watched in breathless silence, unable to speak under the weight of the sheer power emanating from these two figures. Most of them thought the same thing if they could ever achieve even a fraction of these two's strength, even just one percent, they could die without regret.
"City Lord Leaf, be on your guard!"
Suddenly, Neptune raised the Sea God's Trident, making the first move.
As the divine light of the Sea God erupted from his body, the trident insignia on his forehead and the weapon in his hands began to glow in unison. His originally deep blue eyes turned completely golden, and his already terrifying aura surged to even greater heights.
With a single motion of the trident, a brilliant golden light burst forth from its central blade, transforming into a blinding streak that shot across the sky, aiming directly for Leaf City.
Leaf City said nothing. He simply reached out with his right hand and grasped the air.
In an instant, a magnificent crystal sword appeared in his grip.
At the same time, nine soul rings emerged around him. Unlike before, he dared not take this lightly this was an attack wielding god like power.
The radiance of the Flying Rainbow Sword flared intensely.
With a swift, decisive slash
A blinding crescent shaped arc of white light shot forward.
The two attacks collided mid air.
"BOOOM!!!"
A deafening explosion rocked the heavens as the resulting shockwave swept across the surrounding mountains, wreaking havoc upon the land.
"RUMBLE!!!"
Though it was merely an opening exchange, the sheer force of the impact split the mountain peaks apart. Even the soul masters watching from a great distance could feel the ground beneath their feet tremble violently.
"S So terrifying!"
"That was just their first move…"
"The shockwave alone… Even from this distance, I feel like my insides are churning…"
"I think I should back up even further!"
Many soul masters who had been standing "a bit too close" turned pale, feeling the oppressive force of the impact. Without hesitation, they fled to even safer distances.
Hidden in the shadows, Bibi Dong's body tensed.
"So strong!"
Just this one exchange if she were to take it head on, even with her current strength, she wouldn't be able to block it easily. She might even suffer some injuries.
"What's with their soul power…? How is it this overwhelming?! Is this really the level of an Ultimate Douluo?" She couldn't help but be astonished by the sheer, boundless might of the two combatants.
And if someone as powerful as Bibi Dong was this shaken, the hidden Titled Douluo observing from the sidelines were even worse off. If normal soul masters' soul power was like mist, then the soul power of Neptune and Leaf City was like liquid water concentrated to an extreme degree.
