I became aware of my current situation as I observed my surroundings just to be conscious or know whether I was being ambushed. C.C understood my confusion and became alert.

I was surprised cause the last time I checked I didn't run for more than 20 minutes, how then could I run to the point where I am sure rangers can't reach?
I wasn't even thinking straight as I fixed my gaze on the donkey that was busy. My mind kept on telling me to grab it. I began to salivate as my pointed nose became filled with its scent. I could hear its heartbeat as it seemed normal but it was like a call for me to strike.
In a split second, my claws and fangs came out as my glowing eyes were fixed on the poor donkey, I was really hungry and the only way of getting myself was to take it's blood, I was fully aware that taking it's blood isn't part of the task but it's what I need, to survive.
The longer I stayed in the shadows watching this meal, the more furious I became as it began to notice the change in its atmosphere. Its heartbeat increased the moment it looked around and saw nothing. I began to feed on its fear and my claws began to upgrade.

I guess it was as a result of that endurance task I passed earlier today. It was amazing as the claws extended surprisingly and it became metal like in nature, much more stronger than my normal claws. It really motivated me to punch on it and quench my hunger for nourishment. Before I could hear it's next heart thud, I appeared before it as I grabbed its neck and sank my tough fangs into its neck. My instincts told me where to bite so I had no issues to find where was its soft spot. It groaned out as no one can for its rescue.
While taking blood, it became paralyzed just like those bullies when I was taking their blood. It was fun, I mean it was becoming fun until the feeling was getting out of hand. The feeling of not getting satisfied. It felt like the blood was storing itself in a reservoir.
Just then I realized, I wasn't sucking blood to be filled, i was storing the blood and the hunger for more began to grow. I feared what was happening. "C.C I need ur help, what has come over me?" I squirted in my mind as I waited for it to respond. It took some time as it analyzed my current situation.

"I can't C.C, I can't do that, this is inhuman" I complained in my head.

"Following my instincts means devouring the whole donkey!!" I screamed in my mind as I began to fear.

Those were C.C last words before the whole donkey was eaten by me. No single blood was spilled out as I drained it out completely and ate every meat even the bone, my tooth has become strong enough to even chew metal. Breaking even its skull was as easy as cutting a cake. I layed down as my body was processing all I took at once.
I was frigthened as I gazed at the stars with awe. How could I do this, how was this possible? Millions of questions ran across my mind.

Ohh wow I couldn't believe this. It felt like I was in some kind of video game. "Would I have any physical changes if I move to the next power realm?"

I felt relieved as I stood up and prepared to leave but the woods kept on calling me. There was more to devour and my body was craving to get stronger.
"C.C is there anyway we could stay back--" I didn't even complete my sentence when I sensed danger, I was surrounded by a pack of wolves, they seemed to have heard when I was devouring the poor donkey.
Just by looking at them, I got their number, there were 27 in total that's a lot for only me, they were looking strong and intimidating.
"Hey C.C!! Isn't there a way I can get a weapon, I mean, I can't only use my claw to take down as many as I could--" i began to hear them growling as the floating screen appeared again.

My eyes widened as I began to understand what was going on, C.C then assured me that I wouldn't die easily just like any average human, I just need to complete the quest and I could get new this and level up.
My rage increased as I was surrounded by this hungry pack of wolves, their mouths salivating as they revealed their sharp tooths. This was a fight or die contest and I wasn't ready to be on the dying side.
For some reason all fear vanished, I just wanted to survive, that is all.
Just then, one lunched towards me as I douged it's attack and tore it's neck with my claws, my eyes began to glow yellow in excitement as this became interesting, all other wolves stared at me as the death of one seemed to trigger their rage. They all charged at me as I prepared my foot and claws to make attacks.
I began to jump from one tree to another, observing my perimeter and also sinking my fangs and claws into thier neck and belly. My technique was soon discovered as my next landing spot was already taken over by some wolves preparing to bite of my foot. Just in the air, I suddenly changed direction as I grabbed one by the hand and leg and tore it into two with my vamp strength, ohh my God!!! Who taught me how to be this brutal. Someone like me who didn't know how to hurt a fly.
I couldn't maintain my stance as my body began to become heavy. "C.C what's happening?" C.C didn't seem surprised as she revealed that I have reached my limits and my mana has reduced. Now I got to understand that nothing lasts forever, even as a vampire now, I still have a lot to learn and maintain.
"Is there anyway I can increase my mana?" The system thought for some time, then C.C responded

C.C could be right but with which time will I have the chance to drink blood, when they don't even allow me to land, they seemed to have speed and lots of stamina, they acted smarter than a normal creature, this was the power of a pack that has a good leader. Speaking of leader I haven't even gone one on one with the alpha. I am doomed!!!
