A light wound sounded but was easily drowned by the loud noise of the crowd in the theme park.
Emily's eyes had shut close when she saw the girl in front of her lifting her hand and she readied herself for the slap, but the familiar pain that she was expecting never came. Instead, it was the familiar voice of her brother that sounded from behind her.
"What do you think you're trying to do?" Alex asked in an extremely cold voice while holding the wrist of the girl in the air.
He had rushed forward after seeing this random worm try to slap his cute sister and had caught her hand in the air before she could touch Emily.
Alex secretly sighed with relief, good thing he had acted fast enough; he might have done something horrible to this girl had she slapped Emily in front of him.
