This behaviour is so out of the blue. Many big corporations suffered heavy losses, the country's economy took a hit but the lifestyle quality of people improved a lot.
Especially since the president is acting entirely differently from before.
Even several high-level officials felt the President was replaced by someone else. His actions are too good for people, the quality of life increased significantly but it's not without a sacrifice.
The country's economy is tanking. Most capitalists are not making as much money as before. Billionaires turned into multimillionaires, multimillionaires into millionaires.
The medical industry, the education sector, and most private companies suffered initially but they managed to stay afloat. And currently, they are just making a small profit compared to the previous tremendous profits.
Almost every high-level official wanted to impeach the current president.
But, the entire country's people love the current president so much. It's impossible to do it, the moment it happens, there will be nationwide riots.

Estella couldn't take the abuse anymore. She created a Human body clone with the creation Cursed technique and gave it the flesh Explosion cursed technique. She gave the clone a little cursed energy core.
Even though, biologically the clone is a human. Supernaturally, it's a cursed corpse.
Then, she left the facility in front of everyone but they didn't even notice her. That's how helpless humanity is against Sorcery.
Humans can't harness cursed energy, even if they produce it. This is an iron-clad rule.

The scientists thought they messed up the brain while doing experiments leading to this strange behaviour of 'test subject'
Nonetheless, they made use of it after they realized the potential of this 'Green energy' source.
The bomb that was just shown is filled with all the limbs of Estella's clone. The 'trigger' is a bone fragment from dead bodies.
This is just an offensive use. This technology can even be used to generate electricity. This is a game changer.
"Not necessarily using. But, we will sell 3 of these Special bombs to other countries. Don't worry I know what I am doing. We also have an economic crisis on the horizon. This is one of the ways to solve it. Arrange a meeting with all the possible countries in the world. Doesn't matter enemy or an ally. The highest bidder gets the bomb. Defense head asked, "Shouldn't we at least arrange a big meeting in the senate to make such a big decision?"

Of course, for the UN, what they truly want is other countries buying these new weapons and reverse-engineering the technology. If enough are built, the US will slowly lose its monopoly on weapons.
And the threat of Nuclear weapons will vanish from the world. After all, nukes will make each other fear regardless of the victory or defeat due to radiation. Hence, it's useless even if they are used. But, the green energy bombs are different, they can be used in war and they can benefit from the war.
The whole world is watching this moment. As world leaders are gathering, news has already spread about a new Green energy creating a new Bomb that will replace Nuclear energy.
This just doesn't affect War equipment. This is an echo of new technology.
Just like how the nuclear Bomb started the new wave of nuclear technology.
But this is even Greater than that, an even more powerful source of energy than nuclear energy but without the radiation problem.
