Meanwhile, back in Silverfall, Felix's life slowly moved on, calmly and peacefully. He got up, made breakfast, feeling a bit regretful that he couldn't drink coffee, as he didn't sleep all that well. It was all because in order to fall asleep, he used the tickle technique on Remi to stop him from being so clingy…
Only to find out that he got so used to Remi's body heat and scent that he now couldn't get a good night's rest without the fox in his bed!
Aside from that minor issue, he was feeling great. The video he had on his phone of his daughter especially lifted his mood! She was so cute that Felix couldn't help but look at it over and over again.
And, as proud new parents (or parents-to-be, in Felix's case) often had a tendency to do so, he couldn't help but share it with anyone willing to spare a glance as soon as he arrived at work. His pregnancy was not a secret anymore, after all, everyone could tell, so there was no reason for him to hold back!
