While doing so, the first man sights something and becomes curious.

Izuka looks for a tard more and realizes with a gasp.
Kenji quickly unsheathes with his right hand from the left and sends a blast of physical strength towards the people above.
Izuka sees it and dodges with a twist.
The blast sips through and engulfs the rest. Continues, reaches the plane and engulfs it as well.
Izuka holds a grit in pain as he watches with his back towards the Ocean.
"Shit, I shouldn't have!" He says in his heart.
"You shouldn't be backing me!!!" The man says as he squats, then launches towards Izuka.
(He launches so hard, large ocean waves gets sent through; to who knows where.)
Kenji reaches and sends a slash from left to right. Izuka spins to the right and catches it with his right hand.
(Shockwaves emit and vibrate the area.)
"Daitan-sa! (The audacity!) Either way, you nobles are very strong, why is that?" - Kenji.
"You have committed two unforgivable sins." Izuka declares with a smile.
"Which are?" Kenji asks with a grin.
"First off; you murdered my surbodinates in cold blood." - Izuka.
"Annnd?" Kenji asks still with a grin.
"Finally, YOU FACED ME WITH A SINGLE BLADE DRAWN!" Izuka declares in anger, engulfs the place in great wind, startles Kenji and shatters the blade with a squeeze.
Kenji looks to his right in shock.
Izuka now pushes his chest forward and a beam of light, flashes through.
Kenji becomes surprised on sight and goes back with force.
The light breaks through and he lands far with a slight back slide.
He looks up and sees no one.
"Where did he go?" He asks while looking left and right.
Unknown to him, that who he seeks, comes down with a Katana in his right hand; set for action.
Izuka closes in and Kenji senses.
That moment, he carries his Katana over his head and Izuka clashes with it. (Using his left hand)
Kenji immediately draws his second Katana and clashes it at the bottom of the first, thus laying full support to himself.
"Now you respect me!" Izuka says with a smile and Kenji chuckles.
Instantly, they flash away with light.
Come back and clash through.
Come back once more and do the same thing.
Kenji, with his back towards the coast line, asks, while sliding back with a smile...
"Why didn't you take the authority back then?"
"Because you defended." Izuka responds with a smile, while also sliding back.
He stops and finishes...
"This time around, it won't repeat itself." Then locks in with a smile.
"Hmm, hontou? (for real?)" Kenji asks and releases intense spirit aura.
"Ha!" Izuka answers as he turns his pointed up Katana in his right hand clockwise, releases powerful aura, pressurizes the area and the sky darkens.
"Subarashī. (Super.)" - Kenji.
"Shitte iru. (I know.)" - Izuka.
A man watches by his left from the window of an office.
A woman comes in, stands in front of a table and drops some files.
"Leave them be, you have a lot to do!" She says and alerts him.
"Oh, sorry! (sumanai!)" He says as he faces his table.
"The battle is so interesting." He confesses.
"I know." She replies, the fighters clash, an explosion occurs and great smoke covers the area.
"Wow!" She says and the man rushes to the window. He reaches, holds the bars and delivers a sound of happiness.
A lot of people stand still and watch the men engage themselves.
They clash "boom!", an explosion.
They clash again "boom!", another explosion.
They do all this while flying around.
Kenji sends a down slash with his right hand towards Izuka's head. He dodges to the right and Kenji's eyes widen.
Right after, he gets slammed on the left side of his head, bent and pushed into the Ocean together with the one responsible.
The people see this and exclaim.
Five people (3 men and 2 women) rush to a rail in front. Reach, grab and look straight.
They sight the calm ocean.
"Is it over?" - Man.
"Don't be stupid." - Woman.
Inside, the two clash multiple times, undo and swim away.
Kenji sees a sperm whale in front, grins and swims to its stomach.
Izuka follows him, swim up and comes down with force towards it's back.
Kenji flips it to the left and kicks it towards Izuka.
He sees it and slices it from bottom to top with his blade in both hands.
Kenji flashes in with light from the left. Izuka sees him, they clash, the Ocean goes boom and the water erupts.
The people look up. The water drops and they get showcased on the air, struggling.
"This fight's getting boring." - Kenji.
"Say less!!!" Clifford says and a big blast comes in from nowhere by Izuka's right, engulfs and cuts him in half.
Kenji watches in shock as this takes place.
Clifford lands on the air in front of Kenji's head with a Chopping Knife on his right shoulder, held with his right hand.
The people chant and exclaim.
"Who's that!" The first man on the rail asks...
Clifford faces Kenji and smiles.
"Daru desu ka? (Who are you?)" - Kenji.
Clifford becomes surprised and brings down his blade while saying...
"So Anarchy hasn't informed you? How incompetent."
Kenji blinks in disbelief.
