It is a sunny, breezy day as Charles is going on a walk after studying eight days in a row. He decided to drive to the beach because he usually spends his days on studying and cramming for difficult college courses on Marine biology. He was trying to clear his mind and get some sunshine and fresh air. He didn't have anyone to keep him accountable to stay healthy these days.
Charles Caspian was a 25-year-old man, who was going to school at Stanford University. He was studying and hoping to become a Marine biologist. He has always had a fascination with the sea and its inhabitants since he was a young child. His parents were Marine biologists that were world renown. They had several major accomplishments such as discovering several species of fish and other marine life. They have helped build safer mechanisms and policies to ensure the oceans are treated with more respect. They have also made millions creating an agent that can destroy garbage in the oceans without harming the surrounding sea life.
He aspired to reach their heights or even touch the precipice of their careers. He went to every class, diligently did his assignments, and always engaged with his peers.
He was a very friendly, down-to-earth person, but he constantly kept himself busy with work or his studies. He tried dating and maintaining friendships, but none could love the sea like he did. Many tried to understand him and his adoration of the ocean, but they all eventually got tired of it. Eventually he decided instead of creating friendships, he can just put his energy into understanding and cataloging the undiscovered depths.
On his way to the beach, he decided to get some gas, snacks, and drinks at the local gas station. He parked alongside a pump and paid for the gas. He loaded the nozzle and was waiting around. As he was appreciating the day, he saw a child running around with a beach ball. He reminisced on days at the beach with his parents.
Until suddenly the ball flew out of the child's hand, it landed on the middle of the street. Charles saw the child running to get it and saw a truck coming down the road with a half-asleep driver. In that instant, he didn't think; he ran with all of his energy and all of the strength he could muster. Time seemed to slow down to a snail's pace. He seemed to reach peak human levels of speed and he barely made it in time to push the child out of the way.
He was hit by the eighteen wheeler and sent barreling down the road. The truck stopped and everyone was in shock and panic. A woman came from a car yelling about the young man. The ambulance was called shortly before. The woman grabbed her child and ran to Charles.
"OMG, I'm so sorry. I didn't realize that Sam left the car. Thank you so much for saving my child. I don't know what I can do to repay you." The woman said while crying rivers and sobbing uncontrollably.
"Its alright. We all make mistakes and all that matters is that Sam is ok." Charles said weakly and then he took his last breath.

In a endless expanse of the universe, a soul drifted around for thousands of years. In this time, it was nourished by massive Black Holes, Super Red giant stars, blue giant stars, and seven star systems. Charles was unconsciously absorbing this energy and increasing his strength. Due to absorbing the energy of these celestial bodies, his soul was pushed to a higher realm of power. He started to become a demigod on the on the road to godhood.
He was eventually stopped and pulled into a white portal. He slowly woke up while sitting on a sofa in a lightly colored room. It was just like his living room, when he was a young boy. As he slowly got over his surroundings, he noticed a handsome middle aged man sitting across from him. The man didn't say anything, but he naturally understood that he was a powerful metaphysical being. He was about to ask a question, when suddenly.
"Oh no not me, I'm not that person." Mysterious man answered.
"I didn't read your mind, I am just accustomed to mortals confusing me with other deities. I read some of your file and know you have read mangas, light novels, and comics. You can think of me as an ROB (Random Omnipotent Being)." ROB said
"Ok, so you're like just an OP being. I can understand that much, but what would you want with me?" Charles asked nervously
"I usually don't involve myself in the death of random mortals, but you have done me a major service. That child you saved will eventually lead humanity to find an element that jump starts humanity's evolution. This element will allow humans to grasp energy manipulation, which will in turn let them explore the universe. This will lead to them helping build and colonize many inhabitable planets. Saving me the energy in populating and organizing all of these worlds. ROBs are unfortunately forced to follow some rules as well." the ROB said calmly.
"Afterwards, one of my attendants lost your soul and you traveled the universe for eons. Usually you would've been destroyed by the weight of certain celestial phenomena, but due to absorption of your Sun's energy; you were able to absorb celestial energy and acclimate to the universe. This leads to an even worse punishment for my attendants and I.
Basically, I'm in your debt. I can't be in the debt of a mortal. So I owe a few favors mixed in with the karma from saving the child. You have roughly 5 quintillion karma points. You also get to make a decision on where you go from here and what happens to the attendant, who lost your soul. Doing so will make us even and you will verbally confirm that I am no longer in your debt.
Key point: You can not exist in this universe anymore as your soul has transcended the traditional limits of a mortal and also thousands of years have passed. You wouldn't recognize anyone or anything on Earth." ROB said.
"Ok this is a lot to take in. Can I please take a minute? Also what are my options? I don't know where I can go or what I can do." Charles said in a daze.
"Sure, we're in a split dimension. Time here flows at a rate of 1,000,000 : 1. Also to help you in your decision, I will give you a list to choose from. You can take your time and weigh your options. Also all of these choices have a price and it will be deducted from your karma point total." ROB said mildly.
Charles stared a blue digital screen that appeared in his face while reading the following

Charles wasn't utterly dumbfounded by his choices. It was an infinite amount of choices. Some he never even considered, some he thought were too extravagant, etc. He slowly took his time and spent several hours deciding everything.
"Hey ROB, I'm sorry it took so long, but I think I know what I want to do. I have some questions before I make my final decisions though." Charles said excitedly.
"I figured you ask for my help to decide, but this works out better for me. Ask anything you want and I'll answer to the best of my ability." ROB said
"So I have several rapid fire questions and a few that might require some time. First, can I choose a clan and enhance their features and abilities as well as change a power system? Second, can I choose to reincarnate in a certain world with certain advantages and family members? Thirdly, can I get a system of my choosing? Can I use the powers and abilities to transcend my plane and travel with my family? Lastly, can I use the attendant to run the system and answer any questions that I might have?" Charles said longwindedly in rapid fire motion.
"Interesting I never thought of that as a punishment. *chuckle chuckle* This is gonna be great. I'll go in order to not lose you, also this all requires karma points. Yes, you can enhance bloodlines and power systems that's entirely acceptable. You can choose any family and any starting advantages as long as they don't break the balance of the world you live in. Systems are fine, but the more you want out of it, the more it'll cost you. World traveling is a bright idea, it can happen but it needs a certain level of power and divinity to reach that level. I was laughing earlier due to your suggestion for the attendant. That's gonna be the best form of torture and I'm impressed you thought of it." ROB said ecstatically.
"Alright, so I've decided on reincarnating into the One Piece world as one of the last Uchihas. I want the Senju and Uchiha clan to be close allies. I want to be reincarnated five years before Luffy sets sail. I want a system that helps me grow stronger by having sex with women of all different types, having children from these women, and building a powerful Uchiha Clan with a shop, missions, etc. I want the world to have a mix of anime characters from Naruto, One Piece, and History's Strongest Disciple. I want to have the perfected Uchiha bloodline, which means that my descendants and I can reach Rinne-Sharingan without all of the negative side effects. I also want to remove hand signs from the Naruto Jutsu system. I would also like to have the attendant be my system admin to help me out with questions." Charles stated cheerfully and slowly.
"Hmmm, I think I have the perfect system for you. As for the other requests, I think with it all said and done. You should be left with around 1,000 good KP. The average mortal usually has around 100 good KP. This puts you in a good position to move forward and grow quickly. I can't wait to see what yo udo in this world. All you need to do now is verbally agree that after this favor is completed I am no longer in debt to you and we will be even." ROB spoke mildly and with a hint of anticipation.
"I am going to write down something. Just repeat it and speak it with conviction." ROB said. A piece of paper and a pen appeared out of nowhere. After a few minutes of writing, he handed the paper to Charles.
"I, Charles Caspian, solemnly swear that after ROB fulfills this favor, he is no longer indebted to me. We will use karma to smooth the connection that has been created and sever the foul karmic connections to grow good karmic connections. His attendants and his role besides Amelia are here on removed from evil karmic retribution." Charles spoke with authority and certainty. He felt a chain be released from the both of them.
*Whew* "I am glad you're not holding a grudge. Well, I must be going now. Have a great time and make plenty of memories and descendants. HaHaHa" ROB said as he snapped his fingers and Charles disappeared.
"That guy is gonna completely shake up this system. I'm sooo excited" ROB said gleefully.
