With those women, all it took was a threat to eliminate them or destroy their wombs, and they would either cower or run. But Lilith had defied her time and again, showing no fear or concern, and that made her feel foolish. Everyone treated Lilith like someone special, and if she was going to secure her place beside Zayd, she had to eliminate her before Lilith started gaining followers within the pack house.
