The atmosphere was tense, Hallie and Logan looked at each other, questions flying in their eyes.
"What's going on?" Kozette's voice broke as she looked up at them, her knuckles going white as her hands tightened on her phone in fear.
"What's that?" Jerald grabbed the phone from her and stared at it.
"I know your secrets." He read out.
"Who would do this?" Marlo asked and everyone went mute.
"Hallie, we will try to talk–"
"Maybe, Jerald." Neil cut off Gary's word as he turned to look at Jerald.
"You are the only one who didn't get the message." He said.
"Yes and that's because I wasn't part of you guys." Jerald replied.
"And you are the only one who knows about this." Marlo added.
"Am I? What of the teacher?"
"She doesn't know." Gary said.
"And your parents?" Jerald pocketed his hands.
"Are you crazy?!" Neil glared at him, "Why would out own parents threaten us?!"
