"Flying Thunder God Technique?" The Fourth Raikage immediately recognised the jutsu. After all, he had suffered greatly because of it in the past!

According to intelligence reports, someone in Konoha had again mastered this technique, but the specific identity remained unclear.

He never expected to encounter that person so soon. "And it's just a kid?" The Fourth Raikage frowned slightly.

He wasn't worried about loss but rather that he might be unable to catch them if they fled. His gaze flickered as he gathered his chakra once more.

Meanwhile, Tsunade and Shizune also looked at Shuuzawa in surprise.

Just moments ago, they had felt a brief sense of vertigo, and by the time they regained focus, they had already been pulled back to a safe distance!

"Flying Thunder God, huh..." Tsunade observed Shuuzawa with mild astonishment.

She wasn't well-informed about Konoha's current state, but this made him the second person to master her granduncle's technique, didn't it?

"But you sure are arrogant for a kid." Though inwardly impressed, Tsunade let out a sigh.

"Flying Thunder God is powerful, but reaching the level of my granduncle or the Fourth Hokage..."

"That would take you a lot more time. You should focus on getting these people out of here. I'll deal with the Fourth Raikage."

"Leaving now would be such a waste," Shuuzawa shook his head slightly, never taking his eyes off the Raikage.

This was the key to making his mission 'bigger, stronger, and more glorious'!

After subtly signalling Shisui and Yuugao, his expression became more serious.

"Besides—" Before he could finish, the Fourth Raikage charged at him like a lightning bolt. "It doesn't look like he will let us leave!"

Boom! A deafening explosion erupted as the ground shattered beneath them, sending debris flying everywhere.

A powerful shockwave spread outward, tearing through nearby structures. Those closest to the impact saw their homes splinter while buildings further away trembled under the force.

"What's happening?!"

"What's going on?!" The townspeople peered outside in alarm. The sight of battle-ready shinobi in their midst told them all they needed to know.

There was no need for a second warning—they immediately bolted away from the area.

"Run! Get out of here!"

"Something bad is happening—everyone, move!" The once-busy street descended into chaos, but the panic didn't last long.

"What a bastard," Tsunade muttered, watching the fleeing civilians.

She was furious at the Fourth Raikage, though the evacuation was, in a way, a good thing.

She had kept her eyes locked on him the entire time, and the moment he attacked, she grabbed Shizune and one of the kids and leapt away.

As for the other two, one could use Flying Thunder God, and the other had seemingly anticipated the move and dodged in advance.

There was no need to worry about them.

"Still, that brat is reckless. Does he think mastering Flying Thunder God means he's invincible?"

Looking up, she saw the same kid exchanging blows with the Fourth Raikage. She cursed under her breath, instinctively preparing to assist.

But then she froze—because that kid wasn't losing. Up in the air, two figures clashed at astonishing speeds, their rapid exchanges sending ripples of force outward.

Low, guttural impacts echoed as shockwaves rippled through the battlefield. Boom!

The two fighters suddenly crashed onto the already evacuated street, sending a massive tremor through the ground.

The earth cracked open, fissures stretching over ten meters outward. The surrounding buildings couldn't withstand the force, collapsing into rubble.

"Is dodging all you know how to do?" The Fourth Raikage roared, throwing another punch.

Unlike Tsunade, he felt both astonishment and frustration. What surprised him was that this brat's speed was beyond his expectations!

The Raikage prided himself on being one of the fastest shinobi alive.

Even though he wasn't using his full strength yet, let alone his Lightning Release Chakra Mode, his speed was far beyond that of ordinary shinobi.

Yet, this brat wasn't just keeping up; he was using Flying Thunder God with his speed to avoid every attack.

"Am I supposed to just stand there and get hit?" Shuuzawa chuckled, effortlessly dodging another blow as he scoffed.

"You're way older than me, and you're really complaining about this?"

"Besides, aren't you supposed to be the fastest man alive? Or is your speed only impressive in bed?"

"You little brat!" The Fourth Raikage's fists clenched tightly. Could a mere child say something like that?

The next instant, he launched a flurry of punches at blinding speed. Though it was just him attacking, it looked like dozens of fists were striking at once.

The air filled with a deafening cacophony of whooshing wind, cracking stone, and collapsing buildings. Yet none of the blows landed.

Shuuzawa's physical capabilities had already reached an astonishing level. At LV10, his speed was truly remarkable.

"Die!" The Raikage roared, his fist surging with lightning as he aimed a devastating punch at Shuuzawa.

The sheer pressure of the attack made the air itself feel suffocating. The wind howled against Shuuzawa's face, stinging his skin.

But just as the punch was about to land, he vanished.

"Tch! Same trick again!" The Fourth Raikage was growing furious. How many times had this happened already? But he wasn't slow to react.

With a sharp glare, he immediately pinpointed where Shuuzawa would reappear. Without hesitation, he charged straight toward that spot.

"You think you're Minato Namikaze? You're still far from his level—he wouldn't just keep dodging like you!"

A thunderous punch sliced through the air, but Shuuzawa didn't run this time. Instead, he sidestepped in place and launched a kick straight at the Fourth Raikage's abdomen.

However, the Raikage swiftly pulled back his left hand, blocking Shuuzawa's attack. At that moment, Shuuzawa's voice rang out.

"I never thought I was the Fourth Hokage—because I'll definitely live longer than he did!"

"Oh? Is that so?" The Fourth Raikage narrowed his eyes slightly before a mocking smirk appeared.

"Then let me send you to meet him today!" With a sudden surge of power, he swung his left arm fiercely, sending Shuuzawa flying backwards.

Boom! The force of the impact shattered the surrounding walls, sending debris scattering like raindrops.

Shuuzawa instinctively blinked, but the instant his eyelids closed, the Raikage leapt above him!

"Anyone can talk big. You're fast, I'll give you that—but speed alone is useless against me." Shuuzawa let out a light scoff.

In midair, his figure vanished once more, and when he reappeared, he was at the Raikage's flank, forming a one-handed seal.

"Damn fly!" The Raikage's attack missed again. This was even more frustrating than when he had fought Minato Namikaze back in the day.

But despite his anger, he slowly calmed down, recognising Shuuzawa's sheer skill and potential.

His initial plan was to force Tsunade into submission so she would save their people. But now, he truly felt the urge to kill.

"This brat's mastery of the Flying Thunder God Technique is far more refined than I expected."

Another user of the Flying Thunder God in Konoha was nothing but trouble—it would only strengthen the village.

No one wanted to see Konoha rise again, especially not Kumogakure, which had always sought to surpass it as the strongest ninja village.

Killing this boy would be a great service to his village.

"It seems I underestimated you." The Raikage took a deep breath as chakra surged violently within him, his sheer power causing his clothes to ripple despite the lack of wind.

"But this works out just fine. Back then, I wasn't fully proficient in this technique, which is why I lost to Minato Namikaze. Today, let's see if you can withstand it!"

In the next instant, a brilliant blue aura of chakra enveloped his body. The sheer intensity of his chakra caused his hair to stand on end, crackling with energy.

"That level of Lightning Release Chakra Mode?!" Tsunade's face tensed slightly upon witnessing it.

She was familiar with the technique, but seeing it pushed to this extreme was rare.

Many jutsu were easy to learn but difficult to master, and few could elevate them to terrifying heights.

It was just like Fire Release: Majestic Destroyer Flame—if performed by a true fire-style master, it could be exponentially stronger than when used by an average shinobi.

"Damn it, I need to find an opening to interfere. Shuuzawa can use Flying Thunder God to evade, but breaking through the Raikage's defense will be difficult. And if he makes even one mistake, it'll be fatal."

Tsunade quickly analysed the situation. Her gaze flickered toward Shisui and Yuugao, who had positioned themselves near her. She then gave them a firm instruction.

"Stay with Shizune and get as far away as possible. When I make my move, I won't be able to protect you."

"Tsunade-sama, there's no need to be hasty," Shisui said with a slight shake of his head. His voice was calm and steady. "Shuuzawa-kun hasn't gone all out yet."

"Hm?" Tsunade was momentarily taken aback.

She didn't understand what Shisui meant. Then, she noticed something—Shisui's eyes were glowing a deep crimson red.

"The Sharingan?" She frowned but didn't dwell on it, instead lowering her voice. "What do you mean? That kid—Shuuzawa—what else is he capable of?"

"Tsunade-sama, we haven't had a chance to fully explain why we came to find you."

Shisui remained focused on the battlefield, ready to intervene at any moment.

He hadn't acted yet because Shuuzawa had given them a signal earlier—he wanted to handle the main assault while they provided backup.

Neither Shisui nor Yuugao were comfortable with this plan, but they trusted Shuuzawa. In the end, they chose to follow his lead.

"This mission concerns Konoha's safety. And it's tied to both the Senju Clan and Wood Release."

"The Senju Clan… Wood Release?" Tsunade's expression shifted, her mind racing.

Her first thought was whether the village had resumed its experiments.

Even though she had distanced herself from such matters, she was still somewhat aware of Konoha's scientific endeavours.

After all, her grandfather and granduncle had set the precedent.

But if the village had been conducting experiments, it wouldn't have needed her involvement. It already had all the research materials on Wood Release.

"We encountered an enemy who can use Wood Release—a highly troublesome adversary. And beyond that…"

Shisui slowly lifted his head, his gaze shifting to where Shuuzawa was fighting.

"We may have also found a direct descendant of the Senju Clan… Someone who inherited and awakened Wood Release naturally."

At that moment, the Fourth Raikage launched another attack!

Just then, Shuuzawa, who had been forming a hand seal, suddenly pressed his palm against the ground.

Strange markings appeared around his eyes, and a powerful force erupted from within him.

The Cursed Seal and Yin Release activated simultaneously, shaking the earth beneath them.

Tsunade instantly felt an immense chakra surge—oddly familiar yet completely foreign simultaneously. It reverberated through the air like an unstoppable force.

"Wood Release: Wood Dragon Technique!"

The ground rumbled violently, and in an instant, a massive wooden dragon burst forth from the earth, roaring as it lunged straight at the Fourth Raikage!
