Early Morning in the Charles Mansion
The sun's gentle rays spilled into the room as a servant quietly opened the curtains. A soft breeze entered through the open window, brushing against the two figures still asleep in bed — Charles and Edward, wrapped in each other's arms.
"Lord Charles, Lord Edward," the butler said gently. "It's time to wake up."
The two stirred, blinking away sleep. Charles stretched lazily, and Edward rubbed his eyes.
"Tea has been prepared," the butler added, placing a tray down on the bedside table.
Both men sat up and accepted the warm cups gratefully. After a few sips, Charles glanced at the butler and asked, "You mentioned you had news?"
The butler hesitated before answering, "Yes, my lords. Lord Noah… has been sent to Lunaris."
Charles nearly choked on his tea. "What? Who sent him there?"
"Lord Caelum, sir," the butler replied carefully.
Edward's eyes widened in shock, and his expression darkened. "That's sudden… Why would Caelum send Noah there?"
