Chapter 219 - 219 - Eden's First Patient

The vast amount of spiritual energy was being consumed rapidly.

[Multiversal Voyager] had already consumed nearly the equivalent of 0.35 planets' worth of energy in just a few seconds. Such an outrageous energy output made Kei frown slightly.

The space before him shattered layer by layer. The world's barrier was now clearly visible in front of him.

The naturally formed world portal to the Naruto world, which looked like a rift, now seemed within arm's reach.

Taking a single step forward, he leaped through the portal.

He immediately found himself plunged into a chaotic and disorderly void of spacetime turbulence. The immense tearing and oppressive force pressed down on him from all directions.

Even with the powerful physique granted by [Evolutionary True Sovereign], he could clearly feel the sensation of his muscles being torn apart!.

No wonder a soul's 'ascension' is easier than a physical body's ascension, who could withstand this?! He cursed internally.

He quickly left his own mark on the Naruto world's portal behind him. Then, he frantically activated the power of [Multiversal Voyager], burning a massive amount of spiritual energy to rush toward the high-level world portal he had marked earlier.

Perhaps because the two world portals were too close together, the interdimensional rules triggered by [Multiversal Voyager] affected the other, lower-energy world portal.

The naturally formed world portal began to distort slightly.

Suddenly, a pair of human legs clad in medieval iron greaves emerged.

Iron greaves… and high-heeled ones at that? Kei turned his head in surprise.

Seeing the iron-armored boots with high heels and a pair of legs, his expression froze slightly.

In the next instant, under the immense turbulence of spacetime, the iron boots disintegrated into dust and scattered, revealing a pair of… Hmm, delicate and flawless feet!

However, in less than a second, those feet were instantly torn apart by the spacetime turbulence down to their most fundamental atomic state.

Calves, knees, thighs… In just a few seconds, that body, having stepped through the world portal, was mercilessly obliterated by the spacetime turbulence.

Kei hesitated briefly before forcefully activating the power of [Multiversal Voyager], momentarily opening both world portals.

As he threw himself into the high-level world portal, he forcibly pulled the woman, who was being devoured by spacetime turbulence, into Eden.

"Damn it! I feel like my bones are cracking apart!"

Gritting his teeth, he stood in a world covered in frost. He lightly patted his chest, trying to calm his violently pounding heart.

Temporarily opening one large and one small world portal, because the smaller world had a weaker world barrier, it didn't put much strain on him, and the energy consumption was barely half of what it took to leave the Naruto world.

On the other hand, this high-energy-level world exerted pressure that was several times greater than that of the Naruto world. Passing through the world portal felt as if he was forcing his body through a narrow crevice, an intense crushing sensation.

His black combat suit had been shredded into rags, leaving only a few small scraps barely covering his vital areas. Fortunately, he had stored all his belongings in his domain, or else everything would have been lost in transit.

But at least he made it here safely. Unlike that blonde, blue-eyed woman, he still had all his limbs intact.

As his violent heartbeat gradually calmed, the discomfort in his body quickly faded away.

Looking around at his surroundings, his breath turning into ice in the air, it was clearly an extremely harsh environment, likely dozens of degrees below freezing.

His expression turned blank.

Antarctica? The Arctic?

Looking up at the completely unfamiliar starry sky, he denied his own guesses.

Goddamn it! Where the hell did this thing send him?!

A flicker of transformation magic from the [Infinite Armory Domain] activated. In an instant, he was clad in a thick winter combat outfit. Though, given his current physique, he wouldn't feel cold even wearing beach shorts in this subzero environment, his habits from his previous life as an ordinary human still made him instinctively choose warm clothing.

"Hoo~" He exhaled a breath of turbid air.

He was about to release his perception ability to sense the surrounding environment when, one by one, grotesque humanoid creatures began standing up from the snow-covered mountain peaks.

Their skin was dark blue, with a crystalline keratin layer resembling ice. Their eyes, however, were a striking orange-red. These massive figures exuded a menacing presence.

"What the hell are these things?!"

Roar~ Roar~ A series of beast-like roars echoed through the air.

The hulking humanoid creatures gathered frost energy in their hands, forming sharp ice spears, each thicker than an adult's arm.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

A storm of ice spears rained down, piercing the air with sharp whistling sounds. Accompanied by shouts filled with murderous intent and bloodthirsty rage, over thirty of these humanoid creatures wielded various cold weapons and charged straight at Kei!

In the distance, as if startled by the roars, more and more creatures began howling in response.

Kei expanded his perception. He could clearly sense over a thousand similar lifeforms rushing toward him from all directions.

Swish!

A spatial rift of Yomotsu Hirasaka flickered, in the next instant, Kei appeared right in front of one of the humanoid creatures.

With a swift palm strike, the expected explosion of a crushed head didn't occur.

Instead, the creature's face caved in, and its massive body was sent flying like a cannonball, smashing into a nearby mountain. The impact collapsed large chunks of frozen ice and stone, sending a cloud of snow into the air.

Its head tilted to the side, it had lost consciousness on the spot.

"What the hell is this thing?!" Kei looked in surprise at the giant figure now buried in the snow.

That palm strike of his wasn't weak at all. And yet, the creature only passed out?

Given his current physique, even a casual strike carried enough force to shatter stone and crack mountains.

In daily life, he constantly restrained his strength, he didn't dare to move recklessly. Was this thing just a grunt soldier?! What kind of physique did these creatures have…?

His gaze swept over the remaining hulking humanoids charging toward him, drooling like they had spotted a delicious meal, howling wildly as they ran.

Just as he was about to make a move and deal with them all, a faintly urgent voice came from within Eden.

It was Kushina's voice.

Without hesitation, he activated Yomotsu Hirasaka again, instantly teleporting into Eden, which had now evolved into a complete miniature realm.

There was a sun, a moon, lakes, and rivers. Flowers bloomed across the fields, and vegetation was lush and abundant.

Although, compared to the vast [Infinite Armory Domain], this pocket world was barely a few dozen kilometers wide, it was far superior to Kaguya's Dimensions.

At the center of this space, in front of a wooden house with three rooms and a hall, Kushina had both hands glowing with the emerald green light of medical ninjutsu, pressing down on the chest of a blonde woman lying on the grass.

Seeing Kei enter, she quickly called out.

"Come quick! Can she still be saved?"

"Hmm." Kei instantly appeared beside the blonde woman, using his Yin-Yang Release power to lock onto her rapidly fading life force.

Back when he had temporarily opened the two world portals, he had only caught a glimpse of the woman's back, he had assumed that she had merely lost her legs due to the turbulence of spacetime.

But now, upon closer inspection, he realized that her chest had already been gouged open by some unknown beast's sharp claws.

Not only were multiple internal organs damaged, but even her heart was gone.
