Legan had lost his mother years ago. In his quest to find the truth, he created the Red Maw, an information den built to gain the Maugrim's attention.
While they were known for espionage and assassination, information was also one of the Maugrim's core pillars.
'Would they know about mine too?'
Malakai had asked himself that the instant Legan mentioned them. If their network was that vast, then was there a chance they knew who orchestrated the murder of his parents?
'Can I keep waiting on the Sovereign?'
