In Kirigakure, With Naruto
Naruto is currently in Kirigakure in a serious meeting with Mei, Utakata and Fū. He arrived in Kiri after Naruto made sure that everything is okay in taki. Naruto had healed all the other jōnins and Shibuki, who were injured badly by the two akatsuki members. Once he was in taki he immediately went to the village hospital where the Jōnins and Shibuki were with Fū waiting for him. After Shibuki and Jōnins were given proper medication. Naruto told Shibuki and Fū that he wanted to talk to them in private. Both agreed and went to shibuki's office to talk. Once all three of them were inside the office Naruto quickly did some hand seals and put a privacy seal around the office so no one from outside can hear what they were going to talk about. Once that was done Shibuki first asked Naruto about what happened to Kakuzu and Hidan. Naruto answered that he killed both of them. Both Shibuki and Fū released a sigh of relief after hearing. Naruto then asked Shibuki to increase the security around the village and also tell him that he will take fū with him. Shibuki and Fū were shocked before he asked why. Naruto answered that akatsuki will continue to attack the village until they get the seven tails which is sealed inside Fū that's why he said about taking her with him out of Takigakure.
He also mentioned that taki won't be able to defend against akatsuki if the leader of the said organisation came to the Takigakure to take fū himself. Shibuki and Fū agreed since both of them saw where Naruto was coming from since even though taki is a strong village. It wasn't strong enough to fight against the akatsuki. After Naruto and Shibuki made this point known to taki Council everyone agreed seeing that what Naruto said holds a heavy weight. They also agreed to this because they believe in their village hero's words. The council also agreed because they knew that they were not strong enough to face the threat like akatsuki.
Truthfully they all agreed because they all knew that the only reason that Shibuki, Fū and the jōnins were alive was because Naruto arrived in time to save them. But next time they might not be so lucky. So they agreed to send Fū with Naruto since they knew that he could defeat the akatsuki by himself. So here Naruto and Fū are in Kiri after leaving the village hidden in the waterfall.
Once Naruto and Fū reached Kiri they was greeted by Aoi and Chojuro who took both of them to Goadime Mizukage Mei Terumi. Mei at first was happy to hear that her husband has finally comeback from taki. She also found out that Fū the seven tails Jinchuriki also came along with him. While, she was a little surprised by this occurrence. But truth to be told mei had expected that from her husband because she knew that Naruto won't leave Fū behind since it is absolutely clear that akatsuki won't stop until they get what they wanted and to be honest she also knew that Takigakure won't be able to fight them off. So she agreed to Naruto's idea of taking Fū along with him since mei knew that he would be able to protect her easily.
Mei then looked at her husband, Utakata and the seven tails Jinchuriki Fū who were present in her office to discuss the akatsuki, "So, what's the plan you have come up this time Naruto to deal with akatsuki?" She asked since she knew that Naruto had already planned for this scenario to happen and thus, had prepared thoroughly to completely annihilate the akatsuki.
Naruto looked at his wife and said, "I will answer that question of your's mei but first I want to know what happened during the fight between Utakata and Akatsuki members?"
Mei nodded and motioned utakata to tell Naruto by himself, "Naruto, it started with me coming back to the village after I have completed my mission given to me by the mizukage. I was just nearing the village when suddenly I heard a sound of something coming in my direction. I looked back and saw that a clay bird was coming at me in full speed but I reacted in time to dodge it and jumped away because when it struck the place I was previously standing on and it caused a explosion 💥" he paused to let Naruto process what he told him.
After a few minutes Naruto asked, "So, Deidara was the one who attacked you?" Utakata nodded and Naruto continued, "and who was the other who came with him?"
"It was a man wearing a orange mask with a single eye hole on his right side. Also he can turn himself intangible as well since every attack I threw at him, he just phased through all of them." Utakata answered and Naruto closed his eyes since utakata confirmed his suspicion. Utakata also added, "Deidara was killed in our fight after mizukage came to help me and once Deidara died his partner retreated when he saw our forces arriving on the scene."
'It seems like 'Tobi' had finally decided to take part in the akatsuki activities rather than hiding in the shadows.' Naruto thought to himself. 'Just as I thought he would come out once I started taking down his minions.'
"It worked perfectly as you planned Naruto but as long as 'pain' or Nagato is at his side 'Tobi' won't make a direct move against you or the other villages and country, also if your plan worked like you hoped you would be able to get rid of 'pain'. Once he is out of the picture 'Tobi' won't be able to hide himself in the shadows and will come out himself." Kurama said as he knew Naruto had planned for Tobi to do exactly that since it will force all the five great nations to form an alliance to fight against him after all if Tobi is really Madara Uchiha then it will be one hell of a difficult battle if not the most difficult battle in the history.
Naruto agreed with his fur ball friend since what kurama said is true after all once 'pain' is down Tobi will definitely come out of whatever hole he was hiding in until now. He will make sure to take down 'pain' for good if he had to which made him feel hurt a little since nagato is Uzumaki and thus family but atlas if there is no way of avoiding the inevitable then so be it though he will try to persuade him to give up his hatred even if it's the last thing he can do for his brethren. "The partner of deidara is someone you need to be wary of he is not someone who can be taken lightly and his name is tobi utakata and he is the real leader of the akatsuki organisation." Naruto told them and there was a pin drop silence in the entire office.
"Wait! If he is the leader of the akatsuki then how come you never told us about him or how come we never even heard of him? And what do you mean by him being the real leader?!" Fū asked alarmed since she always thought the 'Pain' was the leader of Akatsuki as that's what Naruto told all of them.
"It means exactly what you think Fū." Naruto said calmly looking at them all, "Tobi is the real leader of the criminal organisation Akatsuki. He has been pulling the strings from the shadows for a very long time all the while making sure that no one finds out about his presence." Naruto looked at his wife mei and said, "He was the one who cast the genjustu on the fourth mizukage Yagura by using his mangekyo sharingan. Not only that he was also the one responsible for the kyuubi attack on konoha that happened 18 years ago and various other heinous things." Fū, Utakata and Chojurō eyes widened and gasped at that minus mei since she knew what Naruto was talking about through the help of Yagura's diary in which he wrote everything about the man who put him under the genjustu and made him become the madman that Yagura became and she also knew that it was that same man who ripped kyuubi out of Naruto's mother Kushina and through the help of his mangekyo sharingan he controlled kurama and made him attack Konohagakure.
"Are you saying that bastard was the one responsible for Yagura going mad and the kyuubi attack on konoha?!!!" Utakata shouted in anger which was clearly shown on his face many didn't know this but he and Yagura were friends before yagura became fourth mizukage. Utakata knew that Yagura was a good person and he cared deeply for his Village. So he found it hard to believe that Yagura became a bloodline geneocider. But now that he knows it was this Tobi bastard who put Yagura under his control and made him commit such despicable acts. Utakata's hatred immediately went towards Tobi as he wants nothing more then to kill that bastard himself.
Naruto nodded, "Yes, he was the one responsible for all the losses and madness that Kiri suffered from. He first came to Kiri when Yagura became the fourth mizukage along with him were the first two akatsuki members. Yagura confronted them but before he could do anything, Tobi was able to put his under the genjustu and once Yagura was under his control he made Yagura spread hatred for bloodline users in order to make Kiri weak. But tobi realised that it wasn't enough so he also made the kaguya clan turn against the Kirigakure and manipulated them to attack the village. Since he knew that kaguya clan members were quick to anger. He took advantage of that and made the clan believe that Kiri is going to massacre them all. He also used his Sharingan to influence them. So, the kaguya clan members thought that they should attack first before Yagura's forces could attack them first. When they did the entire village saw that the Kaguya clan was the one that attempted to attack after that many started to believe that bloodline users were filthy and dangerous to them. Soon many joined in the genjustu trapped Yagura's decision to kill all the bloodline users. Soon what happened was what Tobi had predicted and got exactly what he wanted because right after kaguya clan massacre started the event which caused the whole water country and Kirigakure was to be divided and plunged into a civil war. One Yagura's factions that hated the bloodline users and the ones who wanted to protect the bloodline users and the bloodline users themselves. Now I know all three of you wanted to know how come Yagura got trapped in a genjustu since he was perfect Jinchuriki and the perfect Jinchuriki can't be trapped under the genjustu but there's a mistake in that part. A Jinchuriki who has full control of his or her tailed beast can be put under a genjustu but only by a strong sharingan user or when their mental state is not strong enough and it also only a sharingan user who is well adapted in genjustu arts can cast a genjustu on a perfect Jinchuriki otherwise a normal Sharingan user cannot cast a genjutsu on a perfect Jinchuriki. Take Itachi for example he is very good at casting genjustu on anyone by simply casting a glance at his opponent and the said opponent won't even notice that he is under a genjustu. And that was exactly what Tobi did and got Yagura under his control easily after he used the full force of his mangekyo sharingan on Yagura. Yagura was not prepared for that and was trapped in a genjustu. After that the rest you know and see what happened after those incidents." Naruto finished.
There was pindrop silence in the room after Naruto finished telling them. No one in the room could believe that this Tobi character was pulling the strings from the start, even mei who knew about it was shocked since she or other rebellions with her never able to find out why the kaguya clan attacked the village. They have tried to find out the reason as to why but they couldn't find anything. So everyone stopped thinking about that once the civil war in Kiri was at full swing. So they didn't have time to spare much thought about that matter. Mei herself was suspicious of that event since it came out of nowhere for everyone that kaguya clan suddenly attacked the Kirigakure. And now her suspicions were confirmed by her husband that it was indeed a ploy made by 'Tobi' to give a final push that started that damned civil war which made the Hidden mist village earn the title of the 'Bloody Mist'.
Chojurō got over his shock somewhat and asked, "N-Naruto-san, what about the kyuubi attack on konoha 18 years ago was that also his doing?" Chojurō was greatly startled by the revelation that Naruto just revealed to them. He knew that someone with the sharingan was responsible for the whole mess that happened in Kiri because when Naruto helped them in the civil war. He gave them the diary of Yagura once the three tails Jinchuriki was defeated and killed after that he found out in his office in a secret box that no knew about. When they read what was written in the diary by Yagura everyone was shocked when they found out that someone with the sharingan had trapped him in the genjustu shortly after he became the mizukage.
Many didn't want to believe it but when Naruto gave them all the proof that indeed there was someone with the sharingan casted a genjustu on him and add to the fact that even Ao-san also confirmed that the fourth mizukage was indeed trapped under a very powerful genjustu. They also found out from Yagura's diary that his tailed beast was also unable to break the genjustu on its hosts. He also mentioned in the diary that whenever the genjustu put on him beginning to weaken the mask man appeared and recasted the genjustu on him and ordered to keep the civil war in the village going.
Sure he knew all about that but to hear that the incident that triggered the civil war was also through his manipulation of kaguya clan. It unsettled or borderline frightened him that someone can go this far just to achieve whatever the heck he wanted but what greatly disturbed Chojurō that this 'Tobi' went as far to even kill that many innocent people and no one knew what his motives were beside Naruto who mei-sama asked her husband about that a lot of times but simply said that he will tell her when the time is right.
Naruto took a deep breath before he started telling them about that dreadful incident that happened 18 years ago, he was mentally preparing himself not to let his anger get the best of him when started recounting the events of that night, "Yes chojuro Tobi was the man responsible for the kyuubi attack 18 years ago on Konoha. You see when my mother Kushina Uzumaki the second kyuubi Jinchuriki found out that she was pregnant with me. She told her husband Minato Namikaze about that who went to great lengths that no one should find out about his wife's pregnancy. But somehow Tobi found out about it and he saw the opportunity to capture kyuubi since when a female Jinchuriki become pregnant the seal holding the Biju gradually weakens. So taking this into account Tobi went to Konohagakure on day of my birth. He killed every anbu that was guarding the place where my mother gave birth to me. Then he entered the place and killed the wife of third Hokage and took me hostage he warned Minato Namikaze that if he didn't move away from my mother then he would kill me. Minato saved me just in time but in doing so Tobi got the chance that he wanted and captured my mother and then extracted Kurama out of her and with the help of his Sharingan he put Kurama under his control. Then Tobi summoned Kurama inside the village making him wreck havoc and kill everyone inside konoha. The Fourth Hokage after placing his wife and son in there safe house went to stop Kurama. But just as he prepared himself to face the rampaging kurama Tobi stops him engaged him in battle to make sure that Fourth Hokage didn't stop the kyuubi from destroying. Tobi and Fourth Hokage fight which resulted in Fourth Hokage defeating Tobi and free Kurama from his control. Unfortunately Tobi escaped from the scene after Fourth defeated him and freed kyuubi from tobis control. But unfortunately Kurama despite being freed from his control continued to rampage across konoha due to his hatred towards the people who kept him locked up without even knowing that all he wanted was to be left alone. Minato Namikaze knew that he had to stop kyuubi before konoha gets destroyed. So he teleported back to the house he had placed his wife and son in and took them to seal the kyuubi inside his new born son meaning in me. My mother pleaded for him no to do it as she knew that life of a Jinchuriki is a fate worse then death. Since she knew how other Villages treated their Jinchuriki and she has no doubt that once people konoha found out that I was made a Jinchuriki of the same beast that almost destroyed their village and killed their loved ones they would be out for my blood. So she told Minato that she will seal inside her once again and die with it. But Minato refused saying that he won't allow his wife to die and if she were to die then he will die with her. Also my stupid so-called father, " Naruto said the word 'father' with so much venom that everyone inside the office felt a cold chill go down their spine as they could practically feel the hatred Naruto harbour for his father Minato.
Naruto took a deep breath before continuing, "Believed that the village will treat me as a hero. With that he used a sealing method that is very strong and the one which he modified and sealed the kyuubi inside his son but kurama who was being restrained by my mother's chakra chains saw what Minato was about to do and attempted to kill me but My mother and father jumped in to protect me from the attack and got impaled by one of Kurama's claw. But the sealing was complete and kurama got sealed into me and my parents died. Minato before dying wished by some decreased intelligence to hiruzen for me to be seen as a hero by konoha. Naturally that didn't go the way he by some ridiculous notion he hoped for it go." Naruto muttered the last part to himself in anger.
Then he looked around at everyone in the room and judging by the emotions he could sense from them and the facial expression he saw on their face he could easily decipher what they were thinking about.
Utakata was thinking how similar his situation was to Naruto since after all he was a Jinchuriki himself and knew quiet well what it means to be shunned and hated by others for things that you have no control over. Sometimes when he wanted to alone because sometimes it was unbearable for him to look back at those people who looked at him with such contempt and fear on their absurd opinion on him. But hearing that Naruto's own father wished for his status to be known by the entire village and asked to be seen as a hero by them just after the attack.
It was mind boggling that someone smart like Minato Namikaze the fourth Hokage would do something like this since that would be obviously won't work the way he wanted it to be afterall who in their right mind would want to see a baby as a hero when they knew that sealed inside of the baby was the very beast that took the life of people they loved and cared about. In his opinion fourth Hokage was a fool who condemned his own son to live the creul life of a Jinchuriki but in Naruto's case it was worse afterall Naruto have told him about his life when he was still in konoha. It truly made him bristle in anger at what those filthy bastards of konoha did to an innocent boy.
Fū was very sad after she heard about how Naruto became a Jinchuriki as few tears fall from her eyes. She knew that something similar happened to her mother since before Fū became the Jinchuriki of chōmei the seven tailed beast her mother was the Jinchuriki but during the time when her mother was trying to practice and control chōmei's chakra but due to tailed beast chakra being highly dangerous she wasn't able to control it and went on a rampage. But she was stopped because of the toll her body had taken she wasn't able to live much longer so the village leader at that time decided to seal chōmei inside her. Then the entire village found out that she was the Jinchuriki and thus everyone beside Shibuki hated her thinking she wouldn't be able to control the power of the demon inside her.
She knew what it feels like to be shunned and hated but even she didn't suffer the abuse that Naruto suffered in that horrible village. She thought that konoha is the village created by Hashirama Senju. So at least konoha would treat the Jinchuriki better since she heard stories from Shibuki that the First, Second, Third and Fourth Hokage never used their Jinchuriki on the battlefield during the times of war and he even told her that fourth Hokage was the one to encourage that Jinchuriki shouldn't be treated as weapons and monsters but instead be treated like normally any ninja would be treated otherwise it could have dangerous consequences since bijus chakra are highly dangerous to use let alone master. If the Jinchuriki's are only shown hatred then they wouldn't be able to master the power of their tailed beasts because they are only shown hatred and fear by others.
She also heard from chōmei that for one to master the power of their tailed beast to either befriend the Biju inside them or defeat the Biju and take their chakra something which is highly unlikely to happen since no one was ever able to take the chakra from the Biju without getting influenced by their hatred towards humanity. Fū was literally having second thoughts about konoha, who she knew from what people told her in the past that it is one of the best places in the world but from what she found out is just nothing more than a facade to fool people and hide their darkness.
Chojurō was in very deep thought and was very worried due the information that Naruto just gave them. He was at first just too much shocked since he couldn't believe that the tragedy that befall on Kirigakure because of that man. Chojurō knew that someone with sharingan is involved with the civil war but to what extent he didn't know. He just couldn't wrap his head around as to why would that man wanted to destroy Kiri like that. Because of that man so many innocent people and children were killed that made Chojurō's blood boil in anger as because of that man Kirigakure has lost some of the famous clans and ninja's for example Yuki clan, Zabuza momochi and many others. Chojurō also thinks that it wasn't just Kirigakure that 'Tobi' harmed as from the Naruto's description about the kyuubi attack it clearly showed that he was against the five major villages after all no one is stupid or insane enough to do things that Tobi has done. To Chojurō it was clear that Tobi was very much trying to weaken them. Not just the five major villages but all of the other villages as well. The only thing he wanted to know was what was the end game of Tobi's plan. Chojurō knew that Naruto definitely knew about what Tobi was planning and it has something to do with the Biju but he told them that he will reveal what was Tobi's final plan when the time is right.
Lastly, Mei Terumi Uzumaki knew what her husband was thinking about since he told her everything about his life and how he lived in konoha. Truth to be told she was beyond livid at what that godforsaken village had down to her husband as a child. If she was being honest then she herself didn't expected konoha to be that cruel to their Jinchuriki. She thought that the Third Hokage would do something but hearing that old bastard knew what was going on in his village and chose to willfully ignore the suffering of a child who he promised to take care of was something she cannot even comprehend. She also thought that how much of a fool was fourth for trusting his village like that, since it should have occurred to him that people of konoha won't be able to move past the trauma of kyuubi attack and will blame someone for sure. Fourth Hokage just handed them his son to blame on a silver platter by requesting for his son to be seen as a hero by the village which clearly never happened. Then there is also the matter of Tobi or Madara Uchiha as Naruto told her that he is. If she was being honest with herself she wouldn't want to believe that Madara Uchiha is alive let alone controlling the akatsuki.
The thing is Mei just couldn't wrap her head around as to how was Madara Uchiha was alive. It was known by everyone that the First Hokage himself killed him and the Second Hokage sealed his body and hid it away to make sure no one got their hands on it. So, mei chose to change the subject since the other matter is more to worried about then finding how madara was alive, "Naruto, as much as I want to hear about the things Tobi has done to harm the villages and Nations. But I think we should discuss more on how to deal with the rest of the akatsuki first." She said and Naruto nodded his head.
"Alright, So first of all we all know that akatsuki has lost most of its members," Naruto paused and looked at everyone who nodded in agreement with him before he continued, "Now their are only very few remains but the are the most dangerous ones. We are all about Tobi so let me tell you about the remaining four remaining members, First is pain the figurehead leader of Akatsuki but not let that fool you even when Tobi is the original leader, Pain is not someone who should be underestimated by anyone that man is very dangerous. When Tobi was not involving himself in akatsuki directly it was pain who was keeping other nine S-rank shinobi in line. That speaks for itself just how much powerful he is if he can keep nine S-rank shinobi at bay. Also he has rinnegan in his possession and full mastery over those eyes," Naruto paused and saw that everyone was shocked by this revelation minus mei who already knew but before they could ask him anything about Pain.
He raised him and said, "Let me finish after that you can ask me about anything, Second member we need to look out for is Konan she is the most loyal member also she is friends with pain even before he became a self proclaimed good. She has a paper related kekei genkai and she is good in long range fights is also sensory type ninja. She can use her paper kekei genkai as both offence and defence. So if you ever encounter her you must either use close combating style instantly and Use high level fire or water jutsu which have a greater advantage fire more than any other. Third is someone, you are very familiar with Kisame Hoshigaki the strongest of the seven swordsmen of the mist also he is completely loyal to Madara since the Uchiha himself came to recruit Kisame for akatsuki when Yagura was still alive. Last and also the most important part of their organisation is Zetsu this guy gather all types of information for akatsuki. He is the one who found out about the identities of the other Jinchuriki's is also very good at hiding his presence to the point only very hanful of people can notice his presence. He is easily able to sneak around everywhere be it hidden villages of any other places." He finished and looked at everyone to let the information sink in, then he asked, "Now, you can ask any questions you want to ask?"
Chojurō decided to ask about what was mostly on everyone's mind, "Naruto-san, is this true that this Pain has the 'rinnegan'?" He was really finding it hard to believe that the legendary rinnegan and the strongest of the three dojutsu exist but most of all he was really nervous since he had only heard rumours about the power of rinnegan but those rumors clearly told about the monstrous power abilities and powers those eyes possessed. He always thought that the rinnegan was a myth but to hear that someone actually have those eyes is already a big issue enough but to have those eyes in the possession of a terrorist no less made him feel a dreadful chill go down his spine at what that man Pain must be capable off.
Naruto nodded his head, "Yes, Pain of the Akatsuki indeed has rinnegan." He said confirming Chojurō's suspicion.
Before Chojurō can ask anything else, Fū spoke up, "Naruto, if Pain really has rinnegan then how are we going to deal with him. Since I doubt it will be an easy task, not to mention it will be far more dangerous for us to deal with him if he has mastery over the dojutsu."
Naruto shook his head and said, "You are not going to be fighting him. I am the one who is going to fight him." Immediately he was met with a loud 'WHAT!!?' from everyone in the room minus his wife who already knew that Naruto had trained and planned for this confrontation between him and Pain many times.
"Naruto are you absolutely sure, are you ready to confront pain by yourself? Because from what you have told us about him. He will not be an easy opponent." Utakata asked in concern for his fellow Jinchuriki. He may have never met Pain but he had heard enough about that guy from Naruto to know that he is not someone who you can confront easily, if anything pain would have been far too strong for someone to handle without any back up.
Naruto just nodded and told them, "Don't worry I am absolutely prepared to fight pain but for that to happen though pain have to come to capture me himself. I already planned for where I am going to fight him and how I am going to defeat him."
Everyone in the room looked at him in confusion as to what he was talking about except mei who already knew about her husband's plan. Seeing their looks Naruto went on to explain his plan on how he is going to make Pain come to him. He went on to tell them that he had planned for konoha to be the place where he and pain are going to fight. He also told them that once pain is down, 'Tobi' won't be able to hide himself in the shadow and eventually he will come out. Naruto also told them that 'Tobi' wants all of the Bijus for his plan to be accomplished. So, Tobi will do everything in his power to get the remaining other four tail beasts under his thumb with the other five tailed beasts already in his grasp. Raikage will never agree to give his brother killer bee up to Tobi and same could be said about Mei since she will not give up Utakata either since she knew that Kirigakure needs all help it can get after all her husband was also a Jinchuriki. He would never forgive her if she even thought of something like that. Now for the Fū and Him there's no need to since he will never going to give up kurama and Fū also said that she would never give up on Chōmei either.
So Tobi will have no choice but to declare war on them to get his hands on the four remaining Bijus and with the power of Five Bijus at his disposal he is a great enough threat for the five nations to form an alliance to fight against him since one single village cannot stand the might of five Biju at once. Mei pointed out that some could backstab them after the fight is over. Namely Iwa since Kumo will not do that because they have to protect their village at all cost since Tobi is likely to be going to attack them first and even with their superior numbers and eight tails they will fall short against the might of five Bijus, so they will have no choice but to accept the alliance and Suna is an ally so they are obviously going to agree for the alliance.
The only ones who can backstab them are Iwagakure because of their reputation for being specially arrogant and backstabbing their allies when their job is done like they did with Kiri during one of the joint missions performed by both villages and Konohagakure because many of the people still hate Naruto. Naruto simply said that they won't be able to that since he is going to fix that and make sure that won't happen.
'Mei is not wrong about konoha and Iwa. Iwa, I will manage them although some ninja will still be holding their grudge against my 'father'. Now about konoha I guess it's time to initiate our next part of plan.' Naruto thought. 'From what Yujin reported they have prepared a retrieval team to bring me back to the village. Well let's invite them though I am not going to make it easy for them to bring me back to that wretched place.'
"I guess it's time for the long awaited 'reunion' between 'friends'." Kurama said chuckling darkly in amusement. "It's going to be fun meeting them all again. They would be far more stupid if they think that I am going to go back to that ROTTEN PLACE KNOWN AS 'KONOHA' on my own without any resistance.' Naruto asked calmly and said the last part loudly though kurama was not fooled by that calmness since he knew that Naruto will not be going to be persuaded by anyone at all cost even if that person was someone he loves, 'I admit that they will definitely try that but let them try it. I am not going to go with them, without a fight and I also have a personal grudge to settle with that so-called 'Godfather!!' of mine.' he said that last past so much calmly and icily that even kurama felt a sudden chill that could be mistaken as a touch of death by anyone if they felt it.
Kurama thought about how the fight was going to be between Naruto and his old village. 'Minato would be rolling in his grave if he saw how his village has treated his son and not just him Hashirama and Tobirama would be as well and Madara would not doubt be laughing at them. They built the village in the hopes that konoha will become a beacon of hope for everyone with the will of fire which is snuffed out very long ago.' Kurama thought with amusement. Kurama also knew that Naruto was absolutely burning in anger at Jiraiya for failing in his promise the old pervert made to his parents to take care of him.
To be honest in Kurama's opinion, Naruto has every right to be angry at that old perverted bastard since Naruto could have understood if jiraiya has even once had the courage to contact him during those 13 years he spent trying to survive in hell hole named konoha. Naruto could have forgiven him if he had simply confessed his failure, even a simple apology would have been enough for Naruto since he wanted someone to at least ask about his well being even if it was only for once. Naruto will make sure that jiraiya will have his fair share of 'punishment' when they finally see each other.
Three days Later, In Konoha, Hokage office
Currently, we can see the Godaime Hokage in her office doing some paperwork which she almost finished. But her mind was somewhere else, tsunade was thinking about where Naruto is and what he is doing and how they are going to bring him back to the village once they have located him. She was not a fool to wish that the team could somehow convince the gaki to comeback. Tsunade had no delusion that Naruto is simply going to let them bring him back to the village. Naruto is definitely not going to make it easy for them to bring him back without the team using force. Tsunade just wished that she could at least have a chance to talk to him. She knew that Naruto would outright refuse to become the shinobi of konoha again but in her mind that is okay with her since he will at least in the village in front of her, where she can protect him, call her overprotective but she just wanted the gaki to be safe. But him wondering around the elemental countries alone with the akatsuki out for his tenant and other villages who wanted to have him as the shinobi of their Village.
Tsunade knew that Naruto has gotten strong to the point he can take care of himself properly and with him defeating four members of the akatsuki is proof enough that he could easily handle whatever is thrown at him. But she is still worried since from what jiraiya told her is that the leader of the akatsuki is very strong to the point where he can keep nine S-rank shinobi in line, that speaks for itself about what kind of power he wielded. Not to mention the Jiraiya also Heard from his spys that Tsuchikage is actually considering sending his ninja's to bring Kuroi Ryuu to the Iwagakure to discuss of either hiring him or making him the shinobi of Iwa which in her opinion is not good thing to happen. Why? Because she knew that once Iwa found out that Naruto was the son of Yondaime Hokage, they would be out for his blood. Tsuchikage may have let the past go and let go of his grudge that he has against Minato but same could not be said about the other Iwa ninjas who will no doubt demand for Naruto's death. She didn't want Naruto to be in a situation where he has to face an entire village as strong as Iwa. That's why she wants Naruto to be brought back to Konoha.
Now there's also the matter about Itachi Uchiha, the man who killed his entire clan on the orders of one despicable Danzo shimura has been brought back to the village by the team she sent to capture him. When the team returned to konoha a week ago. Kakashi and Guy has immediately went hospital with sasuke and Itachi. They sent Yugao to report to her. Once she heard the report she immediately went to hospital to check on both Uchiha brothers. When she reached the room in which both of them were admitted she immediately asked Shizune to check on sasuke while Tsunade went to check on Itachi.
Once she checked she has to immediately perform a quick surgery to at least keep him alive as he was in a very critical condition. She was practically amazed that Itachi was even able to walk in his condition let alone fight. After performing surgery on him for hours she finally stabilized him. She has shifted him in the room where only She, Shizune and ones she allowed to enter inside the room. After that was done she got back to her house to sleep because it was nightime at that moment. So she told Kakashi and others to report to her at 11 am sharp and dismissed them.
The next day Tsunade heard the full story of the mission from Kakashi, Guy and Yugao. Hearing the report confirmed her suspicion that akatsuki now has only 5 members left in the organisation as when the jōnins explained the events that took place. They explained that when they found the hideout where Itachi was staying at. They immediately went towards the hideout however they were stopped by two akatsuki members, Kisame and Tobi. Both of them said that only Sasuke Uchiha was allowed to go. So Kakashi ordered for sasuke to go and confront Itachi. While they deal with Kisame and Tobi. After fighting for some time both Kisame and Tobi abruptly vanished from the battlefield when they noticed the huge explosion occuring near on the place where Itachi and Sasuke were fighting.
Both of the akatsuki left immediately because they knew that the fight between Uchiha brothers were finished. Once they left Kakashi told everyone to reach that location as fast as possible, where Itachi and Sasuke fought. Once they reached the place they immediately noticed Itachi Uchiha on the verge of death and Sasuke Uchiha ready to collapse because of the exhaustion. The team immediately took both of them straight to Konoha after Sakura informed them after performing a medical scan that Itachi won't be able to live much longer if he wasn't immediately given treatment and Sasuke was facing severe chakra exhaustion.
Tsunade's thoughts were cut short when she saw Jiraiya coming inside her office through the window. She shook her head at her former teammates antics and sighed, 'Why do I even bother telling him to come through the door when obviously he is not gonna listen to it anyway.' she thought.
"Hey Hime!" Jiraiya greeted smiling at her.
Tsunade nodded, "Jiraiya, So what happened for you to come back to Konoha this early?", asked getting straight to the point as she doesn't want to hear some other things that didn't need her attention at the moment, as she already had enough to think about the matter concerning Naruto and Itachi.
Jiraiya though pouted at her for not returning his greetings but he could understand why. So without wasting time, he also got straight to the point, "I have gotten the solid lock on Naruto's location." He announced seriously.
Tsunade's eyes widened and she stood up from her chair and asked Jiraiya, "Where is he, Jiraiya?"
"Through my spy network. I got the information that Naruto is heading towards the ports of Fire country after he had collected the bounty of Kakuzu and Hidan both members of the akatsuki." Jiraiya informed her.
Tsunade nodded and called Shizune. She told her to go and get Kakashi, Asuma, Guy, Yugao and Anko in her office. Shizune immediately went to summon all of the people Hokage told her to summon. Ten minutes later all of the Jōnins were present in Hokage's office.
Tsunade looked at all of them for a moment. She then looked at Jiraiya who nodded his head. "I summoned all of you here to inform you about that jiraiya have finally located Naruto." She said.
Kakashi, Asuma, Guy, Yugao and Anko's eyes widened and they suddenly stood straight paying rapt attention to what Hokage told them. Kakashi stepped forward, "Where is he, Hokage-sama?" He asked after waiting for so long Kakashi can finally see his sensei's son. He was getting very worried due to Jiraiya not getting any information about Naruto's location beside from Naruto killing the akatsuki members. Kakashi was finally relieved to hear that he now had a chance to bring back his Former student and apologize to him for all of his failures that he made during the time Naruto was present in Konoha. Kakashi also wanted to protect Naruto because he knew that his sensei and teammates would never forgive him for not protecting their sensei's son and causing his death. No, Kakashi would make sure that Naruto will be very well protected. He only hoped that Naruto will at least listen to their reasoning although he also knew that it is highly unlikely that Naruto would listen to him or other members of team 7. Kakashi only hoped that someone else on the team could talk to him and reason with Naruto to come back to Konoha.
Tsunade looked at Kakashi and said, "Naruto is heading near the ports of Fire country. He is likely going to leave the country. So I ordered all of you to prepare all your students inform them and prepare to leave in tomorrow morning!"
Asuma then stepped forward and asked, "What should we do in case Naruto refused to come back to Konoha, Hokage-sama?" Everyone looked at Tsunade at that.
Tsunade let out a sigh at that, "While I would advise you to talk with him to come back peacefully. But considering the last time Naruto and team 7 met and how it gone downhill from there. It is completely safe to say that Naruto will not listen to you, however I hope that some in the retrieval team can talk to him and convince him." She said.
"Hokage-sama, I don't think Naruto is going to listen to us if we try to talk to him." Yugao said and everyone looked at her with tsunade nodding for her to explain. "Like you just said Hokage-sama, Naruto will definitely not going to listen to us as he himself warned Kakashi-san to not come after and that he would never step back in konoha. So I don't think that talking to Naruto is going to do anything. If anything else only brute force is going to be our last option." She finished.
Tsunade let out a long sigh at that since she knew what Yugao just said is very likely to happen because even she knew that brute force is the only option they might have on them. "I know that Yugao but I still insist and hope that someone from the team should try to reason with Naruto. To make him understand that him wandering around alone in the element nations is dangerous for him. Since it is known that akatsuki is actively hunting for him specifically." She said as she knew that reason was not going to help them much to convince Naruto but she hoped that he might consider it without the retrieval team immediately opting to use force. She then ordered all of them to prepare themselves as they are going to leave tomorrow first thing in the morning with tat she dismissed them.
After all the others left the room leaving only jiraiya and Tsunade inside the office with tsunade turning to look outside her office window and at the Hokage mountain. "Don't worry hime, we will definitely bring back Naruto this time."
Tsunade didn't respond but only nodded her head still looking at the Hokage mountain or particularly at Minato's face on it. She internally apologized to Minato and Kushina on her sensei's and her behalf for failing in protecting their son. She also promised that she will make things right with Naruto once he come back to konoha. She knew it was hypocritical on her part that she is now thinking about announcing his heritage to the village but during the time when Naruto was banished and remained off the radar. She feared that if she told the entire konoha about Naruto's heritage then it will not even take a month for Naruto to actively hunted down by his parents enemies.
She also knew that if she announced that konoha has lost their Jinchuriki then it will be an open invitation for the enemies of konoha to come and attack them which konoha at the time cannot afford because tsunade was still wiping out corruption from the village and she won't be able to right the wrong that happened during the second time her sensei took onbthe hat again. She knew that if she wanted Naruto to come back and live properly in konoha so she would have to make sure to change konoha and make it into a place like what her grandparents and granduncle wanted it to be like. Now all she hoped for the mission to go without any interference from the outside forces.
