"Hello, bride-to-be. You look good," Sandy said as she slid into the empty chair beside Selene. But the look on her sister's face was… terrified. Why did she look like that?
Shaking it off, Sandy turned slightly, and that's when her gaze landed on him, Nikolas Darkos. Casually holding onto her sister, but in a way that looked way too possessive.
"Nikolas Darkos, at your service. You must be Sandy." His voice cut into her thoughts immediately.
Sandy snapped out of her head, shaking off the dirty little thoughts as she glanced at him.
"Yes, my sister's hot billionaire boyfriend, I presume," she said, exhaling a deep breath she hadn't even realised she'd been holding.
Of course, she knew who he was. Who didn't? She'd already watched the viral video of them online, though it had been one of those "hidden" clips.
"Yes… She's said a whole lot about you," Sandy added, nodding and shaking her head at the same time, leaving him struggling to understand what she meant.
