Willow brushed her palms down the front of her neatly pressed suit pants, as if the motion alone could wipe away the irritation buzzing under her skin. She had a thousand questions for Micah, yet the timing couldn't have been worse. With a busy crew present, Willow could not possibly talk openly to her brother.
Micah, the little trouble magnet, acted as if he had done absolutely nothing wrong. He stood with his hands tucked behind his back, rocking slightly on his heels as if he were waiting for the next breeze to carry him away.
One thing was painfully clear: Micah never uttered a single word about being part of the Ramsy family. Not to Harper, not to Ilyas, not even to the production team. If he had, Harper would've reported it to her immediately, probably with trembling hands and seventy unnecessary apologies.
She forced a slow breath, smoothing the edge of her jacket.
