In a forest somewhere in Fire Country, untouched by the hands of man, a small flash of light appeared and disappeared just as quickly, leaving someone behind.
That person was our Drop In from another world. Their new body was slender and feminine, at the age just before puberty with snowy white hair just past the shoulders. They wore plain civilian clothes for this world, a grey shirt, pants and non-ninja sandals. There was also a traveller's backpack near their feet. Despite their appearance, make no mistake, they were male.
Confused glowing light blue eyes fluttered open. He winced as the overload of information reached his brain as he could sense a large area around him, and see the flow of energy in the surroundings, but shortly after Multitasking kicked in and it wasn't so bad.

At first I thought I was dreaming, after all, it felt like I was everywhere, but when I came back to my senses, I realised I was 'sensing' a large area around me. I could 'see' every detail around me in my mind's eye without actually seeing it in extreme detail, better than even 4k, which was weird as hell, another reason I thought I was dreaming.
I felt that I was sitting against a tree and grass beneath me, so I finally opened my eyes and saw a beautiful forest, and got a headache from seeing all the colours around me that I realised was chakra, but I felt my attention seamlessly split and reduce the load, relieving my headache but still able to take in all the details.
I just sat there for a moment, before my mind raced with questions. Who am I? I have memories but I don't remember anything personal, just a bunch of knowledge and fictional works… and porn. The last thing I remember was filling out a CYOA, and driving somewhere and dying from Truck-kun. The only thing I know is that my old self wanted to be a femboy, because he wanted to look cute and beautiful but still be male, and now I have to deal with it. I can agree looking good is nice, but I wasn't a narcissist.
I confirmed when I looked down at my hands, body and felt my face and hair. I shook my head, for now I needed to get it together and make sure I survived first. In the Naruto world apparently, in an unknown time period, the Survival Kit bag was by my feet so I grabbed it and checked what was inside. A Military Combat Knife, there was also the local money 50,000 ryo, it also includes a water purifier, a map of Fire Country, some rations and water, a bedroll, a firestarter, a hunting knife and two sets of clothing. Lastly there were my Identification Papers with Fire Country citizenship and my new name, since I forgot my old one.
Shiro Kawasaki… What a unique name.
Next, I looked at the ring I had on my finger and tried activating it, after definitely not failing for a bit it activated after tapping it, showing a game-like UI. I immediately used the inventory to store the money away safely.
Following that, I thought back to my CYOA choices. The main power is Inspired Inventor and its Upgrade, Versatile Genius, that I had an idea it could give me knowledge, skills and ninja training, minus physical. There were quite a selection of Lesser Powers, and upgrades for it in Sandevistan, Cellular Robustness, Type: Humanity. Sandivestan essentially gave me Swift Release, without using chakra, but gave headaches for overuse, Cellular Robustness gave extended lifespan and resistance to radiation, and its upgrade Type: Humanity changed my DNA so it was triple helix and gave beneficial mutations after being subject to constant stimuli, such as constantly getting injured could give me the ability to heal much quicker, even possibly giving regeneration like Wolverine later on or give a sturdied body, even resistance to fire and other things like stabbing, but this takes a lot of time and exposure to these things. Currently at its base it boosts my body's ability to heal.
In addition I had Base Builder 9000, Multiversal Market, I was ambidextrous, I had mastery of the Japanese language just in case and finally, from the random choice of the Mystery Box, the Six Eyes dojutsu from Jujutsu Kaisen, modified to work on chakra, hence my enhanced senses, with Multitasking handling the strain. The only downside is Acclimation making all the powers half as effective and powerful.
I also felt my chakra, a strange sensation of warmth flowing through my body that I could easily control with my now perfect control, and Endless Reserves that will replenish my chakra as it is being used, but with it being 50%, it won't recover instantly, but still within seconds.
Seeing as I was safe for now, but needed to find shelter or a town or village soon to buy supplies, I decided to spend the 5 charges I have for essential survival skills. After a few minutes of deliberation and trying things out, I ended up choosing these options.

Knowledge, skills and muscle memory of years of training filled my mind and body, and the three basic ninjutsu, basic hand seal mastery and basic chakra reinforcement, along with a bunch of theoretical knowledge that uses math and physics to throw weapons and make traps. Martial Arts with 1 charge made me a master of all martial arts from Earth, including weapons like staffs or knives(for the knife).
With Chakra Control, I walked up the tree and easily stuck to it, and finding a river and a leaf, it easily stuck on my forehead and even with the river's current, I easily stood on the water, easily compensating against the water flow and uneven waves.
I got back to ground, feeling elated at doing Ninja things, after all anyone would get excited at being able to use a supernatural energy for the first time, and mastering it with overpowered skills. Chakra Capacity Training didn't increase my chakra, but it gave me useful exercises to increase my chakra capacity. I wondered what exercises there would be with more charges? I didn't have any reference on how much chakra I had, besides maybe being genin level, so having a way to get more was good, and with Endless Reserves, I had no recovery period after chakra depletion, so I can constantly practise.
I knew how to survive in the wild, hunt for my own food and also skin animals and cook it, with some stealth skills complimenting my Ninja training. With Six Eyes, it will be even easier to hunt for food and avoid danger. But I didn't get overconfident. After all, I chose the Worst Day Ever, Eventful Day drawback. It wouldn't necessarily put me in danger, but I could encounter bandits or missing nin. So the best thing to do is find a place to lay low for the day and wait for the bad luck to pass.
Still, even with Multitasking I can feel the mental strain caused by Six Eyes or Rikugan, so I cut a piece of one of my extra shirts and covered my eyes with it, feeling much better even though it was strange to be able to see without actually seeing. It would be good training. With my eyes open I can sense up to 2km away around me, even seeing all the animals and creatures clearly, but with the blindfold it was reduced by half, I can still feel the chakra around me, but with no visual feedback, it is not straining. Hopefully Type: Humanity will get rid of this flaw like evolve my brain or something.
With the Olympic perk, I had a body for the peak of a 12 year old, but still only genin level in the grand scheme of things from the training I had now. I needed to get stronger. Not because of any ambition to meet main characters, or beat up strong guys, but to survive in this world.
I didn't have any strong desire to meet characters, after all, they were still just people in the end. And besides, it would just bring trouble to me if I do. I still have the desire to fall in love, and enjoy my new life to the fullest.
But first. I needed to lay low.

Several minutes of tree hopping(which was fun) and finding an unoccupied cave I set up a small campfire outside. It just so happens there was a river right there so I could catch some fish.
I briefly took off my blindfold to expand my senses and confirm there weren't any people. After several tries I caught a couple of fish with my hands and expertly skinned and deboned the fish, and let it cook near the fire. Inside the cave I experimented with the ring and found I could excavate dirt and rock. I used it to make an underground cavern, and made some basic wooden supports from the materials I gathered from that. This was in the corner of the cave, I then carried some large rocks to block the view making it look natural. I planned to sleep there in case someone unexpectedly comes here.
It might not fool a trained ninja, but in the dark it would be hard to see for bandits.
After eating the plain but tasty fish, I spent some time accepting my situation before settling in to sleep. I was really here in a fictional world. The only thing I haven't tested yet is the Market, but I didn't seem to get any information dump on how to use it, maybe a smartphone? I don't have the means to make one yet.
But for now, I'll rest and wait for the day to be over. So I climbed into my hidey hole, and settled in to sleep.

Fortunately, the day had passed with no incidents. There were still no enemies in my range so I used the morning to have breakfast with my last rations and get familiar with my body and my training to make sure and do the chakra building exercises, and also practise the 3 D-rank jutsu, surprisingly, after feeling how my chakra flowed after using them, I can now use it without hand seals, thanks to Rikugan. By the time noon came I relaxed slightly as I got another 5 charges.
I had given it some thought and put one in both Maths and Physics, and PhD's worth of knowledge and skills of the two filled my mind, this will be useful later when I get a proper workshop and to calculate distance vs throwing speed for perfect throws, even if I had Deadshot, this was still useful. Another in Chakra Capacity Training, Fuinjutsu, and Stealth Training.
The second charge actually gave really useful exercises, such as meditating while slowly expelling chakra while circulating it through the body and more, it was several times more useful than the first charge and faster to build up. The knowledge even implied there was no limit to how much someone's chakra can improve and that it was like a muscle with endless potential, as long as you put the time in you will get strong. It will even work for people without my Endless Reserves, the circulating exercise was very effective and you don't need to expel chakra, and it can be practised until you can do it unconsciously.(AN: Just random bs I put together don't think too much about it)
Fuinjutsu gave me the knowledge and skills to make Storage Seals, Explosive Tags, Chakra Suppression Seals, and training Gravity and Resistance Seals and the theory to use it to make other types of seals with limited uses. It seems more is needed for seals that work on Tailed Beasts. Not that I was interested in having one.
The final Stealth gave me the skills to hide effectively, mask my sound, walk without making sound and use the environment and other sounds to mask my actions and how to sneak around people.
Thanks to some powers, I only needed to eat once a day, but I was low on supplies so I headed in the direction of a town that was pointed on the map.
It was only when I was near that I remembered the Multiversal Market and facepalmed, but still continued on since I needed information.

A small farming town called Kota, with a population of a few hundred people lived in relative peace, everyone knew each other here and had their own part to play. Blacksmiths, hunters, farmers, inn keepers, town guards against normal bandits. They weren't rich but not poor either, as they traded with nearby villages and towns for things they didn't have.(AN: cliche as fuck I know just bear with it)
Unfortunately for them, a small bandit group had decided to pick this peaceful place as their target. Usually this wouldn't be a problem, as the small town had a few dozen guards armed with swords and bows, but this bandit group was 40 strong and led by a missing nin from Konoha, although just a genin, he was stronger than a normal person by far.
Their goal - to steal all their supplies and also the women and children, to be sold off in the black market for a hefty profit, not before sampling the product first of course.

I spotted the bandit group near the small town easily, but I was not sure what to do. I never killed anyone before, and putting myself in danger like that made my heart beat faster. But is there any other choice? There were hundreds of people in the town and they could die if I do nothing.
Before I could make a decision, I saw them start heading to the town. I made the choice at that moment.
I was in Naruto, and I would have killed people eventually, but that didn't mean I liked or enjoyed it, or would actively seek people to kill. Once I get my lab set up, I'll be busy creating technology this world can not comprehend. For myself or for others, that remains to be seen.
I also intend to become the strongest I can be, but not actively flaunt it. With that, I kicked off the tree branch. With no kunai or shuriken(only basic skills currently), I only had the hunting knife and Military Knife as weapons, so I'll use the Military Knife. I had the skill and muscle memory to use it with Martial Arts, as it also included Military CQC knife combat. Something completely different from Kunai close combat, with the various feints, slices and stabs, but also how to use it to kill stealthily.

To get my first kill over with, I snuck up on one of the bandits in the rear, swiftly stabbing the side of his neck while covering his mouth. He was dead within seconds. No one noticed yet.
After achieving my first kill, my heart raced and I managed to tell myself this was not wrong. They are the worst type of people. I also have to do this fast. So I activated Bullet Time and used my Sandevistan power. The world slowed down to a crawl, nearly looking like time was frozen.
Enhancing my body with chakra, I moved.
1 second. I took down another two with quick throat slices, their faces still frozen.
5 seconds. 10 more went down as I gained more momentum and lost hesitation.
In 15 seconds I took down all 40 and I had a painful headache. This was my limit. Just like the technological version, I'll need a cooldown to recover.
As the last bandit fell to the ground the Genin leading them turned in surprise at the sounds of death behind him. As he was busy monologuing in his mind, he didn't notice the chaos behind him until it was too late.
His face turned into a sneer as he shouted. "Who the hell are you?! How did you kill my men?!" He looked tough but internally he was freaking out, but the sight of a kid made him underestimate them.
The man was average looking with dark hair and brown eyes, dressed in loose dark ninja clothing. His average face turned hideous with rage on his face.
"I saw what you were going to do. You don't have the right to question me."
My nonchalant answer angered him more but he forced himself to calm down.
"No matter, since I can't attack the village alone, I'll settle with you. You'll fetch a nice price on the black market, but not before I make you my bitch."
Mentally shaking my head, I activated what I'll call my Speed mode. The cooldown was already up and my head was clear.
Enhancing my body with chakra as well, I sped towards his now frozen body. He didn't even have time to use a substitution jutsu before his throat was slashed open.
Eyes wide in disbelief and horror, he could only choke on his own blood and fall to the ground. A short time later he finally quieted down.
Seeing all the bandits and the ninja leading them dead, made me breathe a sigh of relief. I felt a bit sick but I forced myself to loot their bodies, a total of 10,000 Ryo, plus some shuriken, kunai and an explosive tag. They were really broke.
I decided to not enter this village, and instead lit up the explosive tag to make some noise and let them know of the bodies.
But not before 'recycling' all their weapons with the ring.
With that done I fled the area.

Resting in another cave, excavated with a hidden room below with wooden supports I sat getting over my first time killing. I didn't feel as bad as I thought I would have, and that made me feel like I was a bad person.
Seeking a distraction I remembered the Market. Looking at the ring, maybe it can be used as a medium, why doesn't it just appear as a floating screen?
Suddenly the ring's interface opened, but not on its usual screen.

Using the intuitive shop interface I went through the catalogues and I was slack jawed. This… had a lot of potential. Not only can I buy more things from the CYOA, there are a lot of other things. Including Limitless, the power that compliments the Six Eyes.
The only problem was it was expensive. For example a Lesser Power that cost 1 SP, cost 1 Million Ryo. And Limitless cost 100 Million. In Credits this is 100,000 and 10 Million. It also said not to worry about collapsing the economy.
To ensure my future survival, Limitless will be a primary goal, but I also need materials to tinker with and to fuel my Base Builder ring to build a starting base. There were also World Travel Tickets to different worlds at 10 million credits, the same price as Limitless, but it is one way, permanent two way tickets cost 100 million.
Other notable things for sale like Vibranium cost 10,000 per gram in credits. And the cheapest are normal materials like Steel, Iron and Copper. But I think I could just use the ring to mine for it myself.
For now I converted half my money and bought some clothes, and a proper black blindfold. And so I slept in my sleeping bag for a second time.
