The Hero Supreme tapped his fingers against the table, his brow furrowed.
"The ones we sent out are our elites. If even they cannot handle those two…"

The Beastman Supreme leaned forward, his claws scraping lightly across the stone surface.
"Hmph. Don't tell me you're doubting them already."
"Those elites are top fighters, stronger than most of our own guards."
"If they win, then those arrogant women will be dragged back here in chains."
The Mage Supreme shook her head slowly, her staff resting against her shoulder.
"And if they lose? What then?"
"That will mean these so-called demons are powerful enough to match, or even surpass, what we expected."
The Cultivator Supreme kept his eyes closed, speaking calmly.
"If the elites fall, then we will know the truth. And at that point…"
