"Okay then, let me call a few soldiers to guard it to avoid the people from raiding it and taking all the water at once." The leader solemnly declared before turning around and walking away.
He came back a few minutes later followed by five soldiers, each equipped with a gun. Even if they won't shoot anyone, they could at least keep the people in check to avoid trouble.
