Shen Lou stayed silent for a while and just as he thought about some words to say again, to his shock, Shen Lou suddenly stepped forward and wrapped his arms to embrace him.
The young man put his forehead on his shoulder before breaking his silence.
"Then… be sure to come back alive with them."
Qin An was stunned at his actions and stiffen but relaxed his body afterwards and patted the latter's back.
"Don't worry about that." He said. "And it's not just me but I'll do my best to take care of your sister too."
"Hmm," Shen Lou only hummed and they stayed at that position for a while until they heard a soft knock outside.
"Brother Lou," It was He Yan's voice outside the room. The door was opened slightly and a pouting lips with teary eyes from the young man's face was revealed.
"I want to say something to Anan too."
Shen Lou's brows softened and pulled out from the hug. He nodded silently at Qin An before exiting the room.
