Hearing Shantel's remark, Ralph shifted slightly. "But compared to previous years, this is already a miracle. You know Luxe used to rank last at every assessment. Everyone called us a cautionary tale in bad management. But look at this, Boss, people are going to take notice this time."


Her gaze swept the atrium once more, and though satisfaction flickered across her face, she shook her head. "That's true. But again it's not enough to make them notice. I don't want Luxe to be acknowledged as 'better than before.' I want Luxe Plaza to be the name on every mall owner's lips by the end of the convention. I want us to be number one," she emphasized.
