While others danced, Alan and Amphitrite sat by the fire on the stones, sipping the primitive wine the tribe had made.
It had a pretty strong smell, yet the fermented concoction tasted surprisingly good, with a tangy aftertaste that grew on you.
"I never thought I'd be enjoying a drink with primitives," Amphitrite said with a chuckle, her eyes sparkling in the firelight.
"But this is quite refreshing,"
Alan nodded in agreement, taking another swig of the unholy liquid.
"They may not have much in the way of technology or luxury, but they've got a good foundation. And with my help, they can advance even further..."
Alan said after all, he can't return to the sea realm or magical world, so, all he can do is stay here comfortably and think of a solution.
