At the same time Zoro was fighting Vice Admiral Onigumo, Sanji was also locked in a fierce battle with Vice Admiral Dalmatian.
Dalmatian was an expert in the Six Styles and had a mature grasp of two types of Haki. After dozens of moves, Sanji found himself at a disadvantage. He felt a sharp pain in his leg bones.

Sanji tossed his cigarette butt away, dissatisfied with the result. He was especially frustrated seeing that Zoro had already defeated Onigumo while he was still fighting. He had the most powerful Logia, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, so he should have won faster. He hated being outdone by the "moss-head."
"Honestly, wouldn't it be good to just lie down quietly?" Sanji muttered, lighting another cigarette as he vanished in a flash of lightning.
Dalmatian continued to cover his body with Armament Haki and predict Sanji's movements, launching countless Tempest Kicks. However, none of the slashes hit their mark.
Sanji seemed to have mastered the art of elementalization and wasn't exposing his physical body easily. Bolts of lightning flashed continuously, appearing in the air and all around Dalmatian. He didn't attack, but it was enough to make the Vice Admiral extremely tense.
"Kicking Skills: Lightning First Meat!" A charged kick slammed into Dalmatian's face before he could even react. Fortunately, his Armament Haki protected him, or he would have been seriously injured.
"Lightning Shoulder Meat!"
"Thunder Light Crushed!"
"Thunder Light Sliced Meat Shoot!"
Sanji unleashed one attack after another, completely merging his Devil Fruit abilities with his kicking skills. His kicks became faster and more powerful than ever before.

Although Dalmatian had been defeated, he had dealt a significant amount of damage to Sanji. Sanji's face looked a little pale.
"Yo, Chef, you're so slow!" Zoro couldn't help but mock.
"Shut up! My speed is on par with Kizaru! I'm only one step behind you because my opponent was stronger!" Sanji shot back.
