Chapter 6 - near a new dawn

Gale and Dmitri, hearing footsteps outside the house, looked to the darkness outside through the door that had once been there.

People looking at their house, looking at the intem in their living room, whisper between themselves in a low voice, some laugh, some of their eyes looked with greed at the intem.

Gale and Dmitri stand slowly staring at the faces that include some old and some young men and women looking and smiling with the green flame's light glow, their faces mumbling:

Yes, they deserved this

Finally

I hope they leave sooner

Thank God, they are going slowly one by one

Hahaha

After a couple of moments of laughter, the young boys hear: Shoo, what are all of you laughing at? With a big grin, Ivan Penny entered the House, looking at the rock a meter tall and a quarter wide like a diamond.

(This must be an intem), Ivan said to himself, staring at it, unable to look away, wondering how much the military would offer for a few hundred of gold at least, and heard that the monsters alone could be sold for hundreds without mentioning artifacts and the various other objects.

Uncle Ivan, what is happening? Gale said innocently.

Ivan looked at him after the happy dream he was having. Thinking a little.

With a big smile

With a big smile on his face, he said: we come to help you. While some laugh in a low voice.

Help what? Gale doesn't understand his intention.

Intem comes from the space with monsters within it, the monsters can be dangerous, but the money that will come intem if I tell the authority in the nearby city, I can get some hefty gold, but if not, I will end up in jail. Better be cautious instead.

Ivan grabs a wooden piece off the floor nonchalantly, about the owner's opinion, Gale and Dmitri, who are sitting beside him and throw the wooden piece as hard as they can.

As the wooden piece hit the intem, it bounced off it harmlessly.

Ivan said: Is this just a stupid rock...

Before he finished his sentence, a black smock came out of the green intem and a black figure, like a wolf, came out with blue, brown eyes, looked at his surroundings, turning his ears to the back.

Ivan couldn't look at him, stayed where he was, but approached the wolf thinking: it looks weak, bigger than a normal wolf, but still doable; I can sell its fur, fangs, bones, meat, and core.

As the wolf saw him getting close to him, the wolf growled. The weak look on his face vanished, leaving a frightening look with his clean white fangs clear to seers in the darkness, going toward him slowly, growling.

People outside the house start to panic in fear, calling for Ivan to run, but he struggles as he looks to the fearful wolf coming to him, growling in front of the green flaming intem.

Gale looked at the man who came to help them and their wood for them and asked them if they always needed help. He steps up without thinking between him and the wolf while feeling sick, trembling.

Ivan the grown man stumbled on the door, leaving the young kid to the wolf.

Gale feels a headache, hears the annoying ringing louder than ever, tired of this; he swings his hand, fed up enough.

All the metal objects in his house flow toward the wolf, knocking him off, leaving a pile of meat and blood where the wolf was.

Ivan looked at and screamed like a baby girl running to her mother: he is like a father! Run!

All people who his been looking at the scene outside the house flee quickly without anyone thinking twice.
