The two solutions proposed by Xu Ke, they hardly needed to think to know which one to choose.
It's just that 10 million is really too much. If they stay here to work, who knows how much a month's salary is here? How many years will it take for these people to pay it off, probably a lifetime, right? If that's the case, they might as well be let go to make a living outside. At least if they work on their own, they could save it up in just a few years, much faster than staying here.
