It seemed like the same private room had transformed into two different worlds for a moment. Xu Ke was sitting in a corner with the sisters, all three of them drinking and chatting. Whatever Xu Ke was saying had the sisters crying out in shock, disbelief etched across their faces, as if they'd heard something incredible.
The room was filled with a cacophony of sounds, noisy as ever. The sisters, wanting to hear Xu Ke clearly, kept inching closer to him, leaning in to catch his words.
Seeing the two fluffy heads leaning towards him, Xu Ke couldn't help but feel amused and helpless at the same time. His voice naturally trailed off.
"And then what happened? What's next?" Tangtang asked, shaking Xu Ke's arm.
Guoguo didn't speak but nudged Xu Ke's shoulder, silently urging him to continue.
