"I know what you're thinking, but unfortunately, your threats to me are no different than those of a pet dog. Even if I end up with nothing from Father, don't forget that I can get more from my mother than you could possibly have in your lifetime," Claude said expressionlessly to Marian, who was full of malice.
"Slap!"
Claude slapped Marian hard across the face, not holding back even though she was his sister and a woman. A red handprint immediately appeared on Marian's face.
"I remember telling you not to let me hear anything about my mom from your mouth. Since you can't remember, I'll have to make you remember this way. Remember, this is the last time. If it happens again, I'll have to take extreme measures," Claude said seriously, ignoring Marian's furious gaze.
After speaking, Claude didn't care about the fierce look Marian gave him. He turned around, walking away while wiping his hand as if he were wiping off some trash.
