He continued his work as he spoke.
Yan Xinxin looked on in bafflement, but before long, Young Master Mo had already finished laying out the picnic cloth. On it were delicately-made, appetizing pastries, along with a bouquet of pale purple hydrangeas.

Yan Xinxin stared in a daze, as if something deep in her memory was surfacing.

She softly called out, snapping herself back to reality in confusion.
Why did I call him Brother Xi?
Wasn't I referring to Mo Chuxi?
"What are you spacing out for? Come over and eat lunch."
