Housekeeper Lin arranged rooms for them to stay in. After a whole day, everyone was tired. Lan Shan was just about to go to her room to rest when the little guy tugged at her arm.
Looking at Jingxi, she asked in confusion, "What's wrong?"
Jingxi held her arm with both hands, his head lowered without speaking. Seeing him like this, Lan Shan felt a pang in her heart and bent down to say to the little guy, "How about your godmother sleeps with you tonight?"
Upon hearing this, Jingxi lifted his head, a gleam of light flashed in his eyes, and he nodded heavily.
So, Lan Shan carried the little guy back to the guest room Housekeeper Lin had prepared for her... She placed the little guy on the bed and then prepared to go to the bathroom to freshen up.
