Benjamin Shaw underwent surgery today and is extremely weak. Easton Holmes and Ryan Taylor didn't disturb him for long; after sitting for more than half an hour, they stood up and left the hospital.
Everyone has left, and now the ward is finally quiet, allowing Benjamin Shaw to rest peacefully at last.
While it's quiet here, Thomas Fisher is not as fortunate as he packs his luggage at home. As soon as he opens the door and walks into the house, his mom calls him into the living room.
"What have you been busy with these days? Why haven't you been seen at the company or at home? Are you busy playing hide-and-seek?" As soon as he enters the living room, his mother's discontented questioning greets him.
Someone must have tattled on him.
Thomas Fisher walks over and silently sits down on the sofa, waiting for his mom's reprimand. He doesn't want to say much, because whatever he says is wrong, so why bother wasting words.
