Lily Turner instinctively looked at Easton Holmes who was leaning beside her. She looked over so suddenly, his worry and tension on his face hadn't been concealed in time. Seeing him like this, she frowned with puzzlement.
"Easton is in the shower now, it's not convenient for him to take the call." She felt he was hiding something from her, so to figure out what was going on, she lied to her mom on the other side of the phone.
"Mom! You just asked if the person who posted online was found, what post?" After telling the lie, Lily immediately asked the question rooted in her heart.
Sophia Wood was now very frustrated, regretting being too hasty. Before allowing the person on the other end of the phone to speak, she had rushed to speak first. Just now, she hadn't expected it would be Lily who answered the call.
