When Easton Holmes and Lily Turner came downstairs with Athena Linton, Callix Linton, Michael Linton, and Serena Zimmerman were already eating in the dining room. Seeing the three of them coming in, the elders all paused their eating.
"Grandpa! Uncle! Aunt! Morning!"
Lily Turner greeted the three elders as she walked over, out of habit.
Serena Zimmerman responded warmly, "Morning!"
"Lily, my dear! Easton, my boy! Sit here."
Callix Linton pointed with his chopsticks to an empty spot on his right, indicating for Easton Holmes and Lily Turner to sit down.
As he invited them to sit, he secretly observed Lily Turner, and seeing that she seemed in good spirits, he was completely at ease.
Just as Easton Holmes was about to lead Lily Turner to their seats, Athena Linton sat down ahead of them and pulled on Lily Turner's hand, "Goddess sister! Let's sit together. Bro! You sit with my parents."
