Lily Turner and Alice Turner talked at home for a long time, and after dinner, they reluctantly ended their conversation and left the house.
On the way to dropping Lily off at the Turner Family home, Alice received a call from Benjamin Shaw, but she did not answer and instead hung up unceremoniously.
To prevent Benjamin Shaw from calling again, Alice set her phone to silent when she hung up. She now could only concentrate on driving and getting Lily home safely, everything else took a back seat.
"Is it that client urging you?"
Lily didn't know that the person calling Alice was Benjamin Shaw. Alice hadn't told her that she was going to visit Benjamin Shaw's family in the evening but instead said she was meeting a client.
Seeing that Alice didn't answer the phone, Lily immediately thought it was probably a call from that client.
