Easton Holmes was being dismissive, and Lily Turner knew that saying anything more would be pointless. She was quite unhappy with his attitude, yet she couldn't break free from his embrace.
She pouted helplessly, leaning against him, pretending to be mute.
"Why aren't you talking? Are you shy because I said you're cute? Hmm?" He lightly pinched her chin, lifting her lowered head, forcing her to look at him.
Lily Turner rolled her eyes at him, brushing away the big hand pinching her chin, "Which eye of yours sees me being shy? I'm lowering my head because I don't want to see you."
She didn't lower her head again, but instead turned to the side on purpose, avoiding looking at the man holding her.
"Why don't you want to look at me? Am I not attractive enough for you?" Easton Holmes used one hand to turn her head back, preventing a repeat of what just happened, his hand never relaxing for a moment.
