The two of them hadn't even made it up the stairs when Tong Yao shouted from below, instantly silencing everyone downstairs.
Yi Luowa chuckled, "Our mom sure has authority. If we knew her one yell could stop people, we wouldn't have bothered coming up."
"Go upstairs and lie down. We still have to stay up late for the celebration tonight."
"I can't sleep. Second Uncle and Huo Li will be here soon."
"Take a quick nap before they come. When they're here, we'll come back down. Otherwise, sitting through the entire night will be unbearable for you."
"I'm perfectly fine."
"Be good!"
Yi Luowa pouted, "Three kids left with Mom while the two of us go sleep? That's pretty shameless of you."
"I say one thing, you come back with ten. How are we supposed to live like this?"
