Dusk gradually approached, the twilight sky radiating across half the heavens, cirrus clouds resembling strands of fire. The horizon transitioned from a line of golden light to the azure above, then slowly deepened to dark blue, and finally turned into a dim haze in the east.
This streak of cloudy light seemed to herald several days of good weather ahead, causing nature to quiet down as well. The chirping of birds could be heard from the mountains and forests, making the entire forest much quieter by dusk.
