Episode 26 : Guilt and Regret
Xiayi brought Hanqin back to the ship, using her to pressure Qiuyi into not telling the Baiyu Shan guards about her betrayal. She also told Qiuyi everything she had done at Qingxiang Gu.
Gu Qiongnan arrived at Qingxiang Gu and witnessed the remains of the massacre, even finding fragments of his adopted brother Guo Shenzhao's folding fan. Among the survivors were Xi Xiaofeng and the healers Qianmin and Qianxin.
Hanqin, aware of Qiuyi's condition, advised Xiayi to hand her over to Gu Qiongnan, hoping to save Qiuyi. Of course, Xiayi had her own thoughts and plans.
Gu Qiongnan overheard the Baiyu Shan guards discussing the massacre at Qingxiang Gu and suspected something had happened to Qiuyi. Together with Wang Shaoqi, he then sought an opportunity to snatch Qiuyi.
Episode 27 : Mysterious Library
In her drunk state, Xiayi begged Qiuyi for forgiveness, begging her to return to Baiyu Shan to accompany her for life. Qiuyi took advantage of Xiayi's unconsciousness to free the captive Hanqin, as without Hanqin as a hostage, Xiayi would no longer be able to pressure her.
Qiuyi's attempt to rescue Hanqin failed, even with the help of Li Yujie, who still sided with her. She received a blow from Xiayi.
Gu Qiongnan arrived at the right moment. Realizing Qiuyi's critical condition and not the right time to fight with Xiayi, he quickly took Qiuyi away, away from everyone. Xiayi vented her anger by striking Li Yujie to death.
Gu Qiongnan carried the severely injured Qiuyi into the forest, where they accidentally encountered a weird boy called A Qiao who knew medicinal herbs. The mysterious boy managed to prolong Qiuyi's life.
Gu Qiongnan then took Qiuyi to his parents' home, the general's residence in Jiangning, to prepare for their departure to Tianbian Dao to seek help from the island master.
Arriving at Tianbian Dao, Gu Qiongnan found out that Liao Chunhai was also there, killing the island servants and planning to take revenge on his shiniang, Shen Shaipiao.
Episode 28 : Crystal Coffin
Despite the perilous situation at Tianbian Dao, Shen Shaipiao persisted in helping rescue Qiuyi, while Gu Qiongnan encountered a minor setback from Liao Chunhai. Fortunately, he managed to survive until his shiniang managed to secure Qiuyi's safety.
Qiuyi assisted Gu Qiongnan in confronting Liao Chunhai. Together, they defeated this dangerous enemy, and before long, Liao Chunhai met his end.
The arrival of the men of Dayue Mansion, led by Meng Zuochan, complicated the situation, as they demanded Qiuyi's responsibility for the numerous massacres perpetrated in the martial world by the Baiyu Shan people. Recalling Xiayi's threats to Hanqin, Qiuyi acknowledged everything as her orders and demanded that Gu Qiongnan kill her.
Qin Diaoshan secretly provided the Dayue Mansion's sacred medicine, urging Gu Qiongnan to do as Qiuyi requested to relieve the pressure from the leaders of the martial world. With no better choice, Gu Qiongnan complied.
Shen Shaipiao gave Gu Qiongnan a coffin made of a special crystal material that could help retain one's negative energy and asked Gu Qiongnan to place Qiuyi inside the coffin.
Episode 29 : Return to Baiyu Shan
Gu Qiongnan remained at Tianbian Dao after everyone left, residing in the cave there to practice the final part of taiyang gong. He dreamed that Qiuyi was still alive and well, accompanying him in the cave.
In the dark cave, after several failed attempts at his practice, a woman claiming to have the name Yu Nian arrived and helped Gu Qiongnan train his inner energy. Although he recognized Yu Nian's true identity, Gu Qiongnan decided not to reveal her and accepted her help.
Yu Nian disappeared after Gu Qiongnan successfully mastered the final part of taiyang gong according to the notes left by his late master. Gu Qiongnan rediscovered the crystal coffin and found Qiuyi still lying inside.
Leaving Tianbian Dao, Gu Qiongnan headed straight for Baiyu Shan. On the way, he run into Huan Tiezhong, who this time was accompanied by a young man who was none other than Guo Shenzhao, who had initially been thought to have been a victim of the Qingxiang Gu massacre.
Together, they then headed to Chen-an City and met Xi Xiaofeng there. After having fought with some Heishe Shan men, they decided to visit Canhen Dao first.
Episode 30 : Ending
While Guo Shenzhao and Wu Nanying rescued Hanqin, who was imprisoned by Xiayi, Gu Qiongnan and Huan Tiezhong, along with Canhen Dao, headed directly to the main building of the Bai Family residence to meet Xiayi. The men of Dayue Mansion had already arrived and engaged in a fierce fight with the Baiyu Shan guards.
Bei Shuang Yue questioned Xiayi about Qiuyi's whereabouts, and the others had also heard rumors of Qiuyi's death at Tianbian Dao. Xiayi was forced to admit that Qiuyi had been taken away by Gu Qiongnan and accused Gu Qiongnan of murdering Qiuyi.
Gu Qiongnan managed to convince the Baiyu Shan guards that Qiuyi had been harmed by her own sibling, leading Xiayi to confess. Traumatized by the massacre of Qingxiang Gu and the murder of her own daughter, Xiayi suffered a mental breakdown and was easily intimidated by Xi Xiaofeng, who hid inside the crystal coffin.
Fang De gave Gu Qiongnan one year to remain in Baiyu Shan and wait for Qiuyi's return. When the year passed, and Qiuyi failed to return, he left it to Gu Qiongnan to end things himself.
As the year drew to a close, Guo Shenzhao deliberately held his wedding to Hanqin and invited prominent figures from the martial world to attend. His goal was to persuade Gu Qiongnan not to end things on his own if Qiuyi didn't return.
On the wedding day, Xi Xiaofeng told Gu Qiongnan that a woman was waiting for him on one of the cliffs of Baiyu Mountain.
